エアコンが15分で停止しまともに使用できなかった。スリッパが使い捨てでないので履きごごちが悪かった。

もう利用しないと思う
Pros:

駅から近い

Cons:

夜、寒かったので暖房入れたら、暖房が使えなかった。
寝巻きも薄いし、北海道は、気温差が激しいから、暖房使えないのは、どういう事なんだ、と。
暖房使えないならせめて何か温かい毛布とか、寝巻きにはおるものを持ってくるとか、何か気遣いがあってもいいのではないか、と思う。

Pros:

部屋にドライヤー、基本的なアメニティ(化粧水などはレセプションで各自取るタイプ)、コーヒー、ポットがあった。
空港までの送迎があり有難く、また、駅も近い。

Cons:

たまたま喫煙部屋しか空いておらず、タバコは吸わないが喫煙部屋に宿泊。やはり、普段吸わないので臭いがキツかったが、霧吹きタイプの消臭剤が備え付けてあったので使い、多少匂いは減りました。

施設は昔ながらのビジネスホテルだが、接客対応が良く、快適に過ごせるホテル
Pros:

・スタッフの対応が良かった。チェックイン時に、登山帰りの宿泊者の姿を見て、咄嗟にお疲れ様です、と言えるのは素晴らしい。清掃の方の対応も良かった（北海道は日本の中でも、押し並べて接客の対応がかなり良い）。
・ロビーのフリーコーヒーが美味しかった。
・駅、バス停ともに近く、利便性が良い（その割に夜は静か）。

Cons:

・思ったよりも部屋や施設のサイズが小さかった（ここは施設が古めで、昔の日本人の体格や荷物の大きさに準拠しているので仕方ないのかもしれない）

Overall pretty good stay for one night before catching a flight
Pros:

Only stayed one night in a smoking twin room. The hotel is conveniently located near local shops and big malls, also near the train station even though it offers free shuttle service to the airport which needs to be booked in advanced the night before
