Clean elegant and comfortable, lovely full English breakfast
I stay at this hotel regularly with work and have always found the reception staff and the room to be of a high standard. The evening meal is always of a high standard and the breakfast the following morning is second to none. I must admit the poor reviews on here are not justified as the food and staff are fantastic. I hold no loyalty to the hotel but as a regular customer I say what I see and think most bad reviews are from people who would complain anyway. Keep up the great work as this is a wonderful hotel to stay at.
Bacon was hot but eggs and mushrooms were cold
We only found out on arrival that we couldn't have dinner because the venue was hosting a wedding.
Well equipped room with large smart tv - well suited for my one night stay
Wi-Fi did not work correctly in room or communal areas - had to use my personal hotspot
A fantastic hotel with welcoming staff and lovely rooms.
A delightful nights stay at this hotel.... dinner was very good. Breakfast was everything you could possibly want Grandaughter had the blackpudding and loved it....they even gave her some to take home!!! What could be better than that! Well done yo everyone ....loved it x
Best breakfast
Slightly Dusty with the fan, desk and wardrobe
It was clean, the rooms (Yew) were unbelievably comfortable and large. I didn’t want to leave.
The breakfast room was a bit small.
excellent and helpful staff , great setting away from all the hustle and bustle. Good amenities and plenty of safe parking.
everything worked just fine
Very friendly helpful staff. Hotel in beautiful setting. Food good.
Newly decorated, comfortable room.
Room had odd smell.(17)

Nothing
Location, comfortable and excellent value for money.
Great setting, very nice staff especially the receptionist Vicky who was so friendly and helpful, very clean accommodation and great on site facilities
I travelled by motorcycle and the gravel entrance from the road is difficult to negotiate and is in need of repair
Perfect location. Room was immaculate and as we had number 43. A lovely view over the grassland with sheep. Everything was spotless and the bed was huge and very comfy. We stayed b and b . Breakfast was the best we have ever had in any hotel . As it was last time we visited. Our 3rd visit now and each time has been amazing. We now call it our getaway place ! Far from the madding crowd but close enough to enjoy days out. All the staff were amazing and big thanks to Vicki for her help at breakfast with extra bacon for me. The fried bread was just like my mum made ❤️. Will definitely recommend to anyone.
Nothing was too much trouble for them.
Gorgeous and unusual hotel - lovely staff team

Lovely grounds, staff great.
Only way to get ventilation at night was to open windows at ground level, allowing access from outside which felt unsafe. Power Shower temperature fluctuated wildly. Breakfast was mid level. Could be so much more with the right attention to details.
It’s in a lovely location
It’s dated and a little ramshackle
Great location, close to faversham town but still in the quiet countryside
Thin walls if you have noisy neighbours!
