I’m glad I only booked 1 night, location was great, size of the room was great, the gym and rooftop pool was great, but
Pros:

The rooftop pool and gym were decent and the location to everything was as great.

Cons:

The bed was super uncomfortable, the walls were paper thin you could hear everything from doors buzzing and ringing, people talking, cleaners cleaning, outside is extremely noisy as right in the heart of everything so hear every single horn out there.

Pros:

The shower was nice. They have a sauna, but it says it’s only available for a couple of hours in the afternoon from 3pm so not very convenient.

Cons:

Lack of cleanliness. My ac controller fell and I was shocked to find a diaper under my bed. So its clear that staff don’t ever clean under there.
At breakfast the food was lacking. In the pictures it showed fresh eggs and beautiful omelettes, but there was no one to coming to take your order to make them, and non available in the buffet. Just very lack lustre.

Great location. Highly recommend.
Pros:

We loved this hotel because of the excellent location, within a couple minutes to the beach and lots of dining close by. The 3-bedroom apartment was excellent and very roomy. The staff was very helpful. The pool was wonderful, clean and refreshing.

Breakfast was large and good. The "bus boy" staff was very friendly, however the front desk was not. The beach is nearby with multiple stores and restaruants.

Cons:

The hotel itself is older an is in need of an upgrade. The elevator was down multiple times. The refrigerator would not get cold and the television did not work. The front desk seemed to be overly stressed with the large amount of customers and being the only staff to attend to all of them. With all of this said... for the price paid for this hotel, it would have been better to go to a different, newer hotel where everything works. Climbing eight floors constantly to get to the room is not easy when it is extremely hot in Da Nang.

Останавливаемся в этом отеле не первый раз, очень хорошее расположение, персонал очень приветливый и помогают во всех вопросах, от снятия байка до рекомендаций где-что купить. Номер удобный, есть плита, большой холодильник, посуда, чайник, можно готовить самим. Каждый день убирали номер, меняли полотенца, добавляли кофе, чай, воду. На крыше есть небольшой бассейн с маленьким водопадом, в жару прям очень спасал. Есть работающий тренажерный зал, сауна, на первом этаже свой массажный салон, в котором для постояльцев отеля делали скидки. Завтраки нормальные, немного однообразные, но все равно выбрать можно и голодным не останетесь. Вокруг очень много кафе и магазинов. Пляж в 3 минутах ходьбы.

Pros:

Close to beach and food. Short Grab trip to the Dragon Bridge.

Cons:

Booked a 3 bedroom unit - 3rd bedroom is in the loungeroom/dining room. So it is a 2 bedroom unit with a bed where the lounge room should be

Good location, but the room was disappointing and not worth the price.
Pros:

The only positive thing was the location. It was convenient for one night.

Cons:

The room was very tired and did not match the photos on Booking at all. There was a lot of noise from the street, including constant honking and music, so it was hard to relax. One of the towels was dirty, but since I was staying alone, I used the second one. There was also a lot of dust inside the wardrobe.

The breakfast was not worth it either. If you want a good breakfast, it is better to eat somewhere else.

Overall, the room is not worth the money. I have stayed in cheaper places that were much more comfortable.
