Отдыхали уже четвёртый или пятый раз в этом месте, всегда было всё отлично. В этот раз получили самый маленький и самый ужасный номер, хотя стоимость была не самая низкая которую я платил здесь даже можно сказать одна из самых высоких. Номер был половина одного нормального номера. Разделен на две двери. Да и сам этот номер был в плохом состоянии, мебель и все остальное. На просьбу заменить номер, нам ответили что это возможно при новом бронировании и оплаты нового номера. А за этот деньги не вернут. Ожидали приятного отдыха как было в прошлые разы, а получили разочарование. Обидно.
