The clerk was friendly, but the stay wasn’t all pleasant and cleanly and the pictures online definitely are deceiving

fast check in and out, easy to find, nice front desk clerk

Cons:

The jacuzzi wasn’t working or clean, No hot water the entire stay, hot even with the AC on all the time, kind of dirty with ants and pool was cleaned or access to go, no vending machines or atm worked and seemed like a ghetto motel

Ended up leaving did not stay the night

Cons:

There was no staff at entrance. When he came he gave us the wrong room. The room did not have the right amount of beds. The floor was sticky. Second room was in a corner with a bunch of old furniture outside. Inside the floor was sticky. The bathroom door was had a hole in it and would not close and once again the floors were sticky. Felt unsafe for my family and myself. Decided to go somewhere else and take the loss. Did not stay there.

Hotel from hell
Pros:

Absolutely NOTHING!

Cons:

Paid for a Jacuzzi room with NO JACUZZI! Just a bathtub the manager said was a JACUZZI! The room was filthy, and infested with bugs! The A/C and heat DID NOT WORK!! NO hot water either! The manger was rude and refused to change us rooms. It was a nightmare.

No hot water...like warm at best, old and outdated jacuzzi that had brown water coming from the faucet, surprise pet fees after messaging the facility ahead about our service dog, dead bugs all over the room and absolutely filthy floors and furniture
