Stay while getting health issues taken care of .
Pros:

It was a clean and nice place to stay, the people was very nice and helpful the beds was comfortable and the rooms was nice and space. The Restaurant was not that good but it kept us from going all over town to fund someplace to eat .Also I think if you ate staying at there you shouldn't have to pay for parking the cost of the room should more then cover that . It is not the customer fault that you don't have parking for your customer to park. The same goes for the hospital .

Excellent room, excellent food, but thoughtless server...
Pros:

The room was excellent and even had some bathroom aids. Our room plus the hallway was nicely cleaned. We appreciated the lighting in our room and bathroom too. The bed was comfy and pillows were sufficiently sturdy yet soft to make sitting up in bed a comfortable experience.

We enjoyed the food as well, however, my first cup of coffee wasn't even warm and I had wait for the server to reappear to ask for a spoon. Later the meal was set on our table and the waitress walked away leaving us with no eating utensils. It's so much nicer when the server brings the food plus all that's needed to begin eating.
five stars for the room, five stars for the food, 1 star for our server.

Overnight stay for Cleveland Clinic appointment.
Pros:

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic while preparing for my son's appointment at the Cleveland Clinic the next day. The room was comfortable and the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good, but we only ate from the early section because the regular breakfast was not open yet. The valet service is too pricy so i parked in the Clinic parking garage during our stay. I still recommend this hotel for anyone that is going to the Cleveland Clinic. It is within walking distance to the clinic and also a stop for the trams that pick people up to ride to the hospital.

Best place to stay!
Pros:

The staff is always so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very nice and beds are comfy. Staying here makes appointments at Cleveland Clinic so much easier and less stressful. Thankful to all the staff that are so helpful and kind!

Another Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Fourth stay since April. Clean, comfortable location for appointments at Cleveland Clinic. Free shuttle service with frequent stops at the front door. Reasonable casual dining in house. Every staff member we've met has been friendly, kind and helpful.

Over priced
Pros:

Dont book on Price line it was over priced. Hotel is wonder and clean. Hotel staff pleasant.

terrible hotel staff employee
Pros:

all was wonderful after the big blow up the night of our arrival. I had 2 rooms booked and one room had some sheets with blood stains. when my 23 year old requested the bed remade, the woman in charge is housekeeping yelled at him and said very insulting things to him. it was a terrible blow out altho he tried to keep his cool and told her he appreciated her changing them... she put him down and ranted on and on. We we're all upset. Our family get together was to meet in Cleveland and perhaps see me for a last time ( i have terminal cancer.) . This incident started the trip off terrible. the next 2 days we're fine and the front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful. This housekeeping person needs to be fired and not work in the hospitality industry.

Good place to stay, understanding, caring staff
Pros:

Convenient to Cleveland Clinic; included in the Clinics shuttle bus drop-off and pickup locations yet only a block or two walk. Had to change arrangements many times and staff were understanding and helpful. Noise level was very low and our room was clean. Would liked to have had complimentary breakfasts instead of grab and go.
