Ótimo atendimento e localização, mas com estrutura antiga.

A acomodação é muito bem localizada e conta com funcionários excelentes. A comunicação com os hóspedes é ótima desde antes do check-in, sempre de forma assertiva e empática. O café da manhã também é um grande destaque, muito bem servido e valendo bastante a pena. Além disso, a funcionária responsável por receber os hóspedes para o café e por repor os itens é extremamente atenciosa.

Cons:

Os quartos são bem antigos, mas eu já tinha conhecimento disso previamente. Ainda assim, alguns detalhes poderiam deixar o apartamento mais confortável e aconchegante. Em alguns pontos, a impressão foi de falta de manutenção, com aspectos que remetem a algo mais abandonado, como diferentes tipos de cerâmica, janelas desgastadas e outros detalhes visuais. Apesar disso, o ambiente é bem limpo, o que foi um ponto bastante positivo.
