Pros:

Приветливый и вежливый персонал, всегда готов помочь. Хорошее место расположения. Близко транспорт. 50 минут езды трамваем до центра Стамбула. Через дорогу кафешки и небольшие супермаркеты. Номер убирался каждый день. Завтрак разнообразный.

Cons:

Сильная слышимость. Когда сосед идет в туалет, вы в подробностях все будете слышать. Отель нуждается в ремонте. Лейка от тропического душа весела, только вода от него была отключена 100 лет назад. При заселении номер не хорошо был убран. Все зеркала в больших розводах. На балконе стоял какой-то грязный стул и стол.

Великолепный отель! Отличное обслуживание, чисто, уютно, удобное расположение от рынка Мертер. Приветливые сотрудники, завтрак отличный, вкусно и свежо.

Pros:

I appreciated that the staff was really understanding, and we were able to check in early, that was a big plus.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the swimming pool. It had very limited hours (only from 5 PM to 11 PM), and it was extremely cold. When I mentioned it, I was told to warm up in the sauna first, which wasn’t ideal. The facilities in general felt old. While it was clean, the bathroom, sink, and overall décor seemed outdated. Lastly, the breakfast was a letdown, it was almost empty and lacked variety. Overall, I expected more, especially for the price.

Very good hotel for its price!
Pros:

Very comfortable hotel. The staff is very pleasant, the interior is beautiful. Sure, Merter is not 5-star one. But for its price Merter is perfect.

Cons:

The swimming pool is on -2 floor under the ground, that's why water was cold enough.
