Friendly staff & nice hotel
Pros:

I recently stayed at Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran and had such a pleasant experience. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The hotel facilities were also great, and the location is convenient for both business and leisure trips in Jakarta.

What impressed me the most was the hospitality from the staff. Everyone was professional and attentive, but I would especially like to thank April for her exceptional service. She was very friendly, helpful, and always greeted guests with a genuine smile. Her kindness and positive attitude truly made my stay more enjoyable and memorable.

It’s always nice to stay at a hotel where the staff genuinely care about guest comfort, and Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran definitely delivered that experience. I appreciate the effort from the whole team in making guests feel valued and welcomed.

Great Hotel to stay
Pros:

Had a wonderful stay at Grand Mercure Jakarta Kemayoran! The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The food was delicious with many great options for breakfast. The hotel atmosphere was relaxing and the service was excellent from check-in until check-out.

Special thanks to April for the outstanding hospitality and kindness. She was very friendly, helpful, and made my stay even more memorable. Highly recommended hotel and definitely would love to come back again!

Not my first but definitely last.
Pros:

Location good for JIEXPO if we go for exhibition. But nothing can eat surround here.

Cons:

1. The cleaning products were like super low key, with the most cheap formulation and make you skin dry, and it is without conditioner.
2. Refrigerator doesn’t work.
3. Apprentice in restaurant doesn’t know what is sunny up. ( she is frying the egg at that moment)

It’s clean.
Has good space.
Good facilities.

Cons:

The staff were not friendly during check in or throughout the stay. I stayed here at the beginning of April and the staff were so great. Must be new people or shift dependent.
