Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral am Bahnhof und trotzdem sehr ruhig.
Alles klein, aber alles vorhanden was man braucht!
Sogar kostenloser Kaffeeautomat im Eingangsbereich!
NUR das Bad braucht mal eine Auffrischung- dunkle Kanten und Ecken die etwas unappetlich aussehen!

Cons:

Das Bad hat viele braune Ecken, die abgewohnt aussehen.

Zu viel lärm für mich.Auch in der Nacht und am Morgen Gäste wo früh abreisen einfach zu laut.Die Türe zugeschlagen und zu laut gesprochen am 2Uhr Morgens.

Left outside at 2am – total fail
Cons:

Booked late and chose the after-1am check-in option they offered. Did the online check-in like they told me. Got to the terminal and it just didn’t work – tried three times. Called them again and again, nobody answered. Had to leave and find another hotel in the middle of the night.
They claim 24h self-check-in and phone support. Both are lies. And now they still want the full fee for a room I never got into.
Don’t stay here if you’re arriving late.

Ottima posizione se ti sposti on treno
Pros:

La vicinanza alla stazione....la struttura è pulita, comodo il check in on line e la procedura per creare card camera molto chiara ed efficace. Ho pernottato solo una notte, ma lo consiglio sicuramente.

Super Lage für Stadtbesuch
Pros:

Der Kaffeeautomat zur freien Verfügung im Eingang. Die Lage und die Sauberkeit. Alles vorhanden, was man auf einem Kurztrip in Basel braucht.

Cons:

Zum Personal kann man nichts sagen denn es gibt keines ... aber alles passt prima und wird auch nicht benötigt. Bei Fragen und Problemen meldet sich aber sofort jemand über Telefon....

Aircondition for a room under the rooftop was not sufficient enough for that heat over 34c. Also hard to get up all the way under the rooftop with large suitcase as last flight no elevator. Checkin virtually was a challenge. No staff in person to assist
