The receptionist was so amazing. I was tired and grumpy and still she remained professional and made me smile. I realy appreciated that. The room was all I needed and perfectly located for my trip.

some rooms need a bit more maintenance - our room had no hot water from sink tap . Think taps need replacing.
Staff were helpful and polite made our stay!
The bed was large and comfortable!
Despite our didn't like we did have good time and would return! One suggestion with low numbers for breakfast why not cook to order save waste and produced better meal
When we arrived we were told that there were no evening meals the chef hand left there seemed to be confusion as to how long ago it had been and whether he would be replaced

Despite this we genuinely enjoyed our stay and was tempted to weed the back garden as Nd prune roses!! Rather overgrown

Hotel dated! worse part is despite filling parking details in i receive a parking ticket. I phoned up and told there has been a problem with their system and lots of cars had been given tickets! they said just email in and it would be cancelled and i would receive confirmation. This never done, no reply to email! made repeated calls to speak to manager who never once bothered to contact me back! Don’t stay here if you want a parking ticket and no customer service to sort the issue! Manager literally could not care

Het is een oud hotel geen diner service en door de houten vloer kon ik het gezin met kinderen goed horen lopen .maar al in al wel een retour waard
Breakfast was good. Parking was easy and also free. Staff were very nice, and also helpful

Bit noisy . We were on the ground floor and the footsteps upstairs were quite noisy.

La gentilezza dello staff
C’era la vasca nel bagno con le rigature nere. Il wc non era pulitissimo, in camera c’era il chiavistello per chiudere la porta in sicurezza. Su Booking c’è scritto che si può cenare a 20 sterline ma non è vero se non lo prenoti prima del tempo… insomma lo staff fa guadagnare 2 punti al complesso.

Very old fashioned decor/NO restaurant which we were unaware of until we booked in!!…musty smelling communal areas and rooms…no hot water/shower so had to change rooms…bed was clean/hairs in sink and shower!!
It was very close to where I wanted to be with good parking. There was a good self service breakfast. The room was clean and ample room I was staying in a single and it had a good shower there was always hot water available.
No evening meals I understood that might be temporary. There was a nice bar and lounge area but it needed an atmosphere possibly even a tv to bring it alive. The Main light in my room didn’t work which wasn’t a problem for me I was staying mid summer. I stayed two nights the room wasn’t serviced during my stay.
The staff were friendly, a bit of a faulty towers theme but loved it.
