Персонал отеля прекрасный, мужчины очень любезны и дружелюбны, помогали с любым вопросом. Расположение понравилось, рядом магазины, вкусная еда. Кровати удобные, балкон с хорошим видом! Цена и качество порадовали.

L'emplacement est topissime, a 5min a pied de la place TAKSIM et de la mosquée.
Métro a 5min, tramway a 15min a pied, le personnel est adorable

Pros:

Wonderful family owned hotel. The staff were amazing and kind - they ensured there was someone to receive me at 6 am. The street is quiet and safe. Would 10/10 stay here again.

Ging schon, wir würden aber nicht wieder herkommen
Pros:

Die Lage - trotz des steilen hügels 😄
Das Frühstück - Für ein türkisches 3 Sterne Hotel ist es üppig.
Die Backwaren sind sehr gut und es gibt warme Speisen. Leider ist der Kaffee sehr dünn.
Sauber war es aber überall.

Cons:

Die Küchenzeile ist nicht nutzbar, es gibt kein Geschirr, kein Besteck,, keine Töpfe - Nichts. Nur Pappbecher und 3 Plastiktassen, nicht mal ein Glas.
Es gibt aber einen Kühlschrank.

Im Flur zwischen küchenzeile und zimmertür ist das Laminat durch einen Wasserschaden aufgeweicht und verzogen und fühlt sich unter nackten Füßen eklig an.

Die dort tätigen Frauen sind sehr freundlich, das männliche Personal zu 50% pampig und schlecht gelaunt.

Es gibt kein "bitte nicht stören" -Schild. Wenn wir im Zimmer liegen und die super nette Putzfrau klopfe, war das für sie und uns unangenehm.
