Pros:

The staff were truly amazing and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rooms are small but comfortable, and during our stay we stayed in two different rooms, one near the reception and another further away. In both cases, we found them equally comfortable and well maintained. The location is also excellent, directly opposite the Convent of Santo Domingo (Coricancha), making it a perfect base for exploring Cusco.

Cons:

The only drawback is that all the windows face the corridors. Because the rooms and bathrooms are compact, they tend to retain odours, so airing them out is important. However, doing so means sacrificing privacy, as people passing by the windows can easily look inside. Simple curtains would be the perfect solution, allowing guests to keep the rooms ventilated while maintaining privacy. Despite this minor inconvenience, I will happily stay here when I return to Cusco.

Pros:

O Hotel possui um ambiente agradável e confortável, muito bem cuidado, todas as dependências muito limpas, cama e lençóis de ótima qualidade, banho com ducha quente e ótima pressão, além de um saboroso café da manhã, com diversas opções. Por fim, merece especial destaque a gentileza e a cordialidade dos funcionários, que tornam a experiência ainda mais memorável.

Pros:

Gostei de absolutamente tudo: hotel muito bem cuidado, além de uma bela construção em estilo colonial, todos os espaços limpíssimos, quarto confortável, cama com ótimos lençóis, ótima ducha de banho, delicioso café da manhã e, uma nota de excelência para os funcionários, que são extremamente amáveis e eficientes.

Pros:

El hotel es precioso, muy tranquilo. Apenas caminando a 5 minutos del centro, pero alejado del ruido. Justo en frente del antiguo templo principal, y a 15 minutos de coche del aeropuerto. Fueron muy amables y nos prepararon desayuno para una excursión que teníamos temprano. Volvería sin duda.

Cons:

El baño no tiene ventilación y la ventana de la habitación daba a un pasillo por donde te podían ver el resto de huéspedes. Le resta ventilación y algo de intimidad... Por lo demás, muy bien.

We had a really nice stay at Abittare Hotel in Cusco. The location was probably our favorite part - it’s very central and close to everything, but at the same time the hotel feels tucked away, so it’s peaceful and doesn’t feel crowded at all.

The interior of the hotel and the rooms is very cute, and everything felt clean and new. We also really enjoyed the breakfast - there was a great selection every morning.

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially with our bags, and the front desk team was always super nice and welcoming.

We stayed there with our toddler, and overall we think it’s a really good option for families visiting Cusco.
