Convenient location, helpful staff.
Pros:

The location of this property was excellent! We were there during a busy time and this was super convenient. The breakfast was at a neighboring restaurant and was wonderful. Muhammad was very helpful and had a to go breakfast ready for us even though we departed early. Something to note, the balcony has stairs that lead down to the parking garage at street level. It’s video monitored but it was something to be aware of. Overall we would stay here again.

Cons:

The cleanliness could have been a little better, found a few hairs and a stain.

موقع الفندق جميل جدا ومنطقه حيه متوفر فيها كل الخدمات والمطاعم والكافيهات والامن والناس متواجده طوال الوقت
الاستقبال رائع وخصوصا مراد كان متعاون جدا

اطلاله الغرفه على كوفي الناس هي اللي تطل عليك مو انت اللي تطل عليهم وايظا الفطور ليس في الفندق في مطعم قريب منه وبوقت محدد فقط من 8 الى 12 فقط وتختار من المنيو صنف واحد فقط

Soggiorno perfetto nel cuore di Istanbul!
Pros:

Non posso che dare il massimo dei voti a questo hotel! La posizione è semplicemente imbattibile: essere in pieno centro ci ha permesso di girare la via principale a piedi, risparmiando tempo e stress.

Il vero fiore all’occhiello, però, è stato il personale. Sempre sorridente, disponibile e pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con professionalità e calore. Hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Grazie di cuore Yalcin!

E che dire della colazione? Ogni mattina veniva servita nel ristorante Guney, a due passi dall’hotel e praticamente sotto la Torre di Galata. Mangiare con quella vista, gustando specialità locali e prodotti freschi, è stata un’esperienza indimenticabile. Il modo migliore per iniziare la giornata!

Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.
Se dovessi tornare a Istanbul, prenoterei una stanza nuovamente da lui. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere Istanbul senza rinunce.

Pros:

Хорошее расположение. До многих достопримечательностей можно добираться не пользуясь общественным транспортом. Но и станции метро близко. Можно легко добраться самим до отеля. Проживание было приятным, парни на ресепшн очень приятные и отзывчивые! Номер обычный. Уборка была каждый день.

Fantástica ubicación.
Muy buen desayuno en un restaurante a pocos metros del alojamiento.
Personal muy amable.

Cons:

Se oyen demasiado los ruidos de la calle y de la recepción.
No pudimos pagar con ApplePay porque no les funcionaba la máquina y tuvimos que pagar en euros con una tarjeta física, por la cual cosa nos salió 20 euros más caro.

Best hotel in Istanbul
Pros:

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly cannot recommend it enough.

The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. You can literally smell the freshness and cleanliness of the bed linens and the entire room. Everything was spotless and very well maintained.

What truly made our experience special was the outstanding staff. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our comfort. As a wonderful surprise, they upgraded us to a larger room free of charge, with a stunning view of the Galata Tower.

We arrived late at night after a long journey, and instead of asking us to complete the payment immediately, they kindly allowed us to rest and sleep first. This level of trust, understanding, and hospitality meant a lot to us.

The team was always helpful, flexible, and accommodating throughout our stay. They also arranged our airport transfer for the return trip at a very reasonable price, making everything stress-free and convenient.

I would like to thank the entire team for their exceptional service and Murat especially. Words cannot fully express how grateful I am for such genuine hospitality, professionalism, and care. This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and I would gladly stay here again.

Sehr gut - mit kleinem Defizit
Pros:

Extrem freundliches Personal - die Lage kann nicht besser sein. Eine Minute zum Galataturm und nur 2 Minuten zur Fähre. Viele Hot Spots sind problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar.
Preis Leistung hat sehr gut gepasst - trotz der Lage extrem ruhiges Hotel

Cons:

Als wir ankamen war die Sauberkeit nicht so perfekt - erst als am zweiten Tag die Zimmer geputzt wurden, war es besser.
