I loved the quiet little area this hotel is situated in. Our room was wonderfully comfortable and quiet, making it a great place to relax. The staff were also incredibly friendly and always happy to help.
It is located a few blocks away from the main shopping district. However, this really wasn't a big issue for us since there are still plenty of fantastic restaurants right around the hotel.

La ubcación y la calidad de las piezas.
Nos cambiaron de pieza 2 veces, la última a las 00:30 de la mañana. Primero porque una luz no se apagaba y segundo porque el aire de la pieza salía frío, estando en invierno. Más allá de que son cosas que pueden pasar, con suerte nos pidieron disculpa en el momento y nada más. No se notó una preocupación por el confort de los huéspedes, ni cuando hicimos check out nos dijeron algo o nos hicieron una atención, nada. Nos fuimos con malas sensaciones.
The standout feature of the hotel is the staff. Everyone we came across was AMAZING. The staff were all so helpful and genuinely nice, and they went above and beyond make sure we had a good time.
The hotel is in a very safe part of Santiago with plenty of restaurants and bars around.
The rooftop bar is also very nice.
