Smelly room
Pros:

I like the location. It's in a nice neighborhood.

Cons:

The smell. Unfortunately there was a very terrible sewage smell in my room. I informed the staff about it. When I asked if I could switch rooms, one of the ladies at the front desk flat out told me that the housekeeper said there wasn't a smell. Due to being dismissed, I wouldn't stay here again.

The Bathroom was bad; the shower door wouldn’t fully close so that every time we showered there was a lake in the bathroom.

Ótima escolha!
Pros:

Ótima localização, bem próximo á estação de metrô Pedro de Valdívia, em um bairro super tranquilo, silencioso e seguro.
Café da manhã muito bom e acomodações também. Pessoal /equipe super atenciosa. Eles deixam água, Coca cola e uma máquina de café expresso todos os dias no quarto o que ajuda bastante para o hóspede.

Foi tudo ótimo, não tenho nada a reclamar.
