Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable, quiet and lovely view. Breakfast was fabulous with great variety. Enjoyed roof top bar.
Location was fabulous with easy walk to plenty of restaurants and easy access to Metro.
It is a really well run hotel. The staff and breakfast are excellent. The pool / bar area on the roof is also very good except for one thing the pool was too cold and I like doing laps.
It is a 10 out of ten except for that.

This hotel is well presented and relaxing, exactly like the pictures. The staff were welcoming and helpful and it was nice to have the bar on the roof for an evening drink. There was a good variety at breakfast and it was really well presented. The area around the hotel is very pleasant for walking, seeing the attractions and for restaurants and cafe's. I would definitely recommend for a stay.

One of the best places we’ve stayed in a long time! The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, the shower had excellent water pressure, and we looked forward to having brie at breakfast every morning. The lunch boxes were also generous in size, with plenty of food to keep us satisfied.
The food in the lunch boxes was simple rather than fancy, but it was tasty and served its purpose perfectly.

O banheiro do quarto estava muito fedido, pedimos para limparem melhor, fizeram uma limpeza superficial e não melhorou. O cheiro ruim se espalhava por todo o quarto, muito desconfortável.
