Pros:

The staff are what makes the staff so nice, great with kids, friendly and go out of their way to assist you! The breakfast is nice and the front pool is lovely.

Cons:

The middle pool is cold and windy as it does not get alot of sun, the seats in the sun at this pool you have to pay for.

The room service constantly tan out of clean towels and we had to ask for them often not having room towels for a day.

The resort need more maintenance and maybe some renovation. Things are looking tired.

Pros:

We stay at the montigo just about everytime we go to Bali , love everything about the place !
Food is great , staff are awesome , spa is amazing , cannot fault the place at all.

I'm only eat strict vegan. Breakfast was good. Chef made vegan pancakes

Went to other restaurants.

I asked 3 staff about vegan options and 2 didn't understand and other person said I need to tell tgem what I want then we can ask chef.

Tgere should be vegan options on you menu meaning strict no egg no milk no honey. Nothing from an animal. Otherwise staff and everything was exceptional l.
I woul like to come back again and would like to see strict vegan options on menu like other restaurants in Bali mention on their menu.

Amazing staff, location, convenience, perfect for kids and families. Loved our stay!
Pros:

This property is central to everything. The staff are fantastic, nothing is too much. They are honest and were always willing to assist. 3 pools, just excellent. Can hire motorbikes for good price (better than buying off street).

Cons:

The showers could do with an upgrade. The limescale on the shower lever showed this. Also, when you turn on the water, it smelt like egg sometimes. Some of the bedding and towels could do with an upgrade.

Nice well priced hotel but not in great part of Seminyak
Pros:

Staff were very nice and welcoming, the selection of pools was good. Loved the massage across the road. Handy to have Circle K across road too. Free shuttle to Seminyak square is great and a necessity as a big walk. Great kids club.

Cons:

I didn’t love the location in Seminyak. I usually stay more in the middle of Seminyak walking distance to beach. This is a long walk to beach and the beach is dirty and not inviting at all. No nice beach bars or bean bags for drinks etc. This is the far end of Seminyak closer to Ccangu.

Reasonably priced hotel with good facilities in a central area, with excellent staff.
Pros:

Great choice of pools in very clean and green surroundings.
Excellent choice at breakfast and food and drinks not overpriced.
Bedroom was good but some noise when guests were passing in the night. Probably because I had a ground floor room.
Staff were wonderful, from the reception staff on arrival but a special mention to the staff in the restaurant who knew my name after 1 day and were always happy, cheerful and willing to have a little chat.

Cons:

Room could do with better soundproofing.

One of the best places I've stayed in when I was in Bali. Great place, nice staff, the location was the best very close to every clubs/beach clubs and restaurants we wanted to go to! Would definitely stay there again when I come back to Bali!

Do your research when you book this resort it definitely not worth it 5 stars
Pros:

Best thing about this resort is location. It’s super central and you can walk anywhere (beach, shop, cafes, restaurants)

Cons:

As I didn’t add any credit to my account when I arrived, I found that on my first day at the pool I was constantly being asked for payment, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Because of that, I decided to spend most of my time at the beach club instead, both during the day and in the evenings. Also main pool was full with mature people and kids.
