Adorable and awsome!
Pros:

Unfortunately, I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot comment on it.

As for the location, I really liked it. The hotel is conveniently located near the station and within walking distance of the conference venue.

Cons:

One issue I noticed was the strong smell of cigarette smoke on the floor where my room was located, and there was also a slight smell inside the room. As a non-smoker, I found this a bit uncomfortable.
