Good value for money, given the excellent location.
Minor thing, given it is a historic old building, but needed more available sockets for plugs. It was fine though / not a big deal.
The property is centrally located and that is a big plus point. The two multistory car parks on either side are great if you want to park in the city centre. The place is clean and serviced daily.

Comfortable, it was fine for my needs
Location
The room is beautiful and clean, further, the building has been existing for over 350 years which intrigued me a lot. One more thing, because of its history, the room and the facilities work really well. Plus, the price is quite cheap compared with other apartments, I supposed.
The electrical socks are located unreasonably, for example, laying on the bed with charging iphone or something, it is a bit challenged because the socks are a bit far from there. So I have to manage to meet our needs.
Moreover, about deposit, this is the most important detail that should be mentioned at the first in the information as we normally only read the information about facilities, locations and price. It was my fault to not read the important detail that has been mentioned in this, so I think this detail should be mentioned at the first to avoid unexpected things.
Also, It will be inconvenient for those who don't often pay via card like this due to different cultures, so I think it should be paid for both card and cash.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing.
There was usually no one at the reception, which made getting assistance very difficult. I called to ask whether I could check in, but my request was refused because it was before the scheduled check-in time. While I understand that hotels have set check-in times, the lack of staff at the property made the whole process particularly inconvenient.
Another frustrating aspect was the access system. I had to use three different keys just to get into the hotel and access my room, which was unnecessarily complicated and inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage.
The facilities were also very old and dated. In the room I stayed in, the bathroom was actually separate from the main bedroom, which I found quite inconvenient.
The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and barely usable during my stay. Considering the condition of the facilities, the poor internet connection and the limited availability of staff, I found the price very expensive for what was provided.
On top of this, the hotel also required a security deposit.
Overall, the experience did not match the price at all. For the amount charged, I would have expected much better facilities, reliable Wi-Fi, a more convenient access system and more accessible staff. I would not choose to stay here again.
Close to town....
Weird placement of wash sink...no wi fi, no internet, manager not very welcoming....
I particularly liked the location as it was close to the Nottingham Playhouse Theatre - at which I’d booked to see a show. It was also close to the Castle and to Nottingham City Centre. The room had everything that I needed for a one-night stopover.
Although it didn’t cause any real problem for me, anyone looking to make a booking needs to be aware that there are no staff at the premises and that a refundable deposit is required by the property that would be forfeited if there was any damage to the room during their stay.
First i will say the room was ok however there was air con and although the window opened there was no catch to keep open there is also health and safety issue no banaster on the first 2 flights of stairs not safe for anyone unsteady on their feet i had problems locating the property due to lack of decent sign and my eyesight is not good i called them a couple of times and was sent completely in the wrong direction ended getting a taxi for what should have been 5 min walk

It’s out the way and secure yet not too far away from anywhere you’d go in the town centre.
The room was a little too warm but it was a warm night so couldn’t do much about that
Chambre au calme, hôtel idéalement situé, propre. Bonne communication. Tout fonctionnait (eau chaude, sèche cheveux, bouilloire etc).
Le matelas nous a fait mal au dos, les deux nuits. Pourtant nous avons 40 ans et sommes en bonne santé. C'est dommage.
