Don’t stay at this hotel
Pros:

Absolutely nothing

Cons:

The staff is rude and unhelpful. My reservation was cancelled because the hotel overbooked. While they did rebook me elsewhere it was at an inferior hotel 25 miles from the rest of my party staying at this hotel and I had no transportation since the other 4 people I drove with were not rebooked. They also gave away the room another in my party had booked so two people had to sleep on the floor.

We had no hot water all 3 days the second day they let us into a room to shower and said it would be fixed but it wasn’t so we left early

It was average at best.
Pros:

The staff was friendly. The room was clean.

Cons:

They had no bar tender on staff. Breakfast was a complete disaster. It was served to us in brown paper bags. We declined.

Room was clean and comfortable but over all experience was not to our expectations.
Pros:

Lay out was nice, nice main area when you walk in.

Cons:

False advertising, on line stated that there was a hot tub which is part of why we chose this location. NO HOT TUB!. On line also stated breakfast included, had to pay for an orange juice or any other items they had available. Indoor swimming pool the water was too cold for us to enjoy the pool which was a BIG reason we chose this location.

Cons:

The pool filter was not on and the pool was really gross, my son was very upset because he couldn't swim. Had to switch rooms late at night because our TV wasn't working. Room smelled bad.

Pros:

I was in a king room with a pull out sofa. The room was very small but clean and plenty cool enough. The bed comfort was average. There were several holes in the wall and in the shower. Bathroom was nice and clean. It was quiet even though our room was right across from the elevator. I totally disliked the shampoo.
