Very little. The reception area was nice and the location ok.
This was the worst hotel we stayed in during our travels across South America. The rooms were old and poorly maintained. The air conditioning was broken as a result the room was cold and there was insufficient bedding. There was mould in the bathroom and the soundproofing was non existent. We had planed to stay 2 nights but could not face another cold, noisy night, so we left early. The staff could not care less about this.

La habitación era extremadamente pequeña, no era para dos personas
Le personnel très sympathique, le petit déjeuner et l’emplacement
C’est vieux l’ascenseur marche une fois sur deux, tous les robinets fuient, le sauna ne fonctionnait pas et la piscine est extérieur donc glaciale. Enfin même avec une petite voiture m stationner fut extrêmement difficile vu l’étroitesse des lieux

La atención inmejorable del personal de recepción, siempre dispuestos a facilitar nuestra estancia.
Como sugerencia, colocar en las habitaciones algún enchufe con sistema europeo, que facilitaría la carga de celulares y otros dispositivos.

Asignaron habitación para Booking que era 2 estrellas...nunca 3.
Agua caliente o fría nunca mezcladas.... Puertas de Placard sin abertura por mesa de luz trabando.
El 4to.dia fui escuchado y cambiado a una habitación mejor...digna de lo ofrecido por uds. Deben uds. ver oferta con la realidad porque me preguntaron si veníamos por Booking....y por qué ???. ...porque veníamos por la página.
