A place you would remember
Pros:

I liked the backyard experience it was lovely, it was adult, and kid friendly, clean, spacious for everyone to enjoy.

Great facility, nice staff, but unable to really relax

Loved everything except the noise

Cons:

What we hoped would be a whole morning of peaceful relaxing with coffee near the pool was definitely ruined by noise all morning from motors from the blowers etc etc. the even blew dust all over our coffee by the pool, we moved so they could but the constant noise was the issue.

Location was good, staff were friendly rooms were nice, quiet, the amenities on premise were good. Overall a great stay

Cons:

Pet fees. You charge the fees but I saw plenty of indications in the room that these fees are not being used for the incidentals they are supposed to cover (pee spots and dirty walls - not a huge deal, but again, if you’re gonna charge the fees then fix the rooms, the rooms should be immaculate. It shouldn’t just be used just to fleece a few more dollars from the owners)

An excellent stay whether you are with kids or in your party phase. Don't pass this one up.
Pros:

The staff is excellent. They went above and beyond to make our stay (with child) a pleasant one. The manager checked on us as well as the staff. They even left my child a gift basket and coloring book to make them feel at home away from home. The food options were select for dinner like nice sandwiches and "bar food" items, yet very well prepared and tasted great. The bar was steady with guests and the staff did very well keeping the guests served. The grounds and entertainment they had with live music on occasion was nice. The kids could play everything from ping pong, basketball shooting challenges, outdoor connect-4, giant jenga, bocce ball. There's karaoke for adults in a karaoke camper. The location is great with view of the water across the main road and easy to get an uber / taxi, scooter rental. In walking distance or quick ride to plenty of shops and restaurants for breakfast or dinner if you want to be near the hotel and avoiding the crazy areas like duval st with kids. Go out for the day with or without kids and come back and unwind.

Cons:

The 2 pools are nicely maintained, but for a resort they are a little on the smaller side especially when its busy. It was also very hot in the mid 90s when we were there and it was like swimming in bath water. With all of the bodies and the warm water, it had the makings for a funky soup yet it was clean.

Amei tudo! O hotel tem uma localização super privilegiada com banheiros e quarto super limpos, a camareira limpava e trocava toalhas todos os dias, o hotel conta com uma área de lazer super limpa e confortável. A preocupação do gerente em garantir que nós estávamos confortável. Fomos comemorar o aniversário de 15 anos da nossa filha e o hotel nos surpreendeu com um bolo, balão e um lindo cartão de feliz aniversário.
