Great location to explore Key West and the keys. The cheapest for miles around but was still a lovely resort!
Pros:

Great location and much cheaper than everywhere else. Good breakfast and the staff couldn’t do enough to help you. They were so nice and helpful. Maid cleaned the room well and everything is very new. Highly recommended for a good price.

Didn't enjoy our stay. Didn't get the value for our money. Will not stay here again.
Pros:

Location, and shuttle service to Key West old town.

Cons:

When we walked into the room, the bathroom sink was clogged. Next morning when we want to take shower, soap caddy was empty. When requested, we had to wait long time to get the soap refilled. On our check out day, we requested coffee at 7:00 am, and the service didn't show up at all, and we checked out. The room service crew didn't speak English at all, and gestures were rude.

Lo que no me pareció fue tener que pagar parqueo del vehículo, nunca habíamos pagado un extra, siempre el hotel incluye ese servicio. No debería cobrarse aparte.

Pros:

There are so many things available to do here. Such a great location. All my friends loved that there were a variety of bar and food options here. Such a fun but relaxing place. Clean throughout and all staff was super friendly. We all plan to come back next year and look forward to it

Disappointing.
Pros:

The pool area was nice and room was big.

Cons:

Staff were incredibly rude to the point we decided to stay elsewhere for our last night. Basic necessities such as body wash and towels not provided and our toilet was broke all the first day, it was like this on arrival.
