Blue Flamingo stay
Pros:

The staff was great except the concierge. She didn't seem too interested in assisting 2 seniors.

Would possibly stay again if issues mentioned were rectified.
Pros:

Fantastic facilities. Like being in a tropical paradise. Love how there were two pools, Starbucks and the free courtesy bus was very handy. Most of the staff were very friendly. Shout out to Irina in the bar who always chatted and went above and beyond. We were upgraded to the 5th floor which was good. The wrist bands to access your room were very convenient.

Cons:

The housekeeping was a little inconsistent. We were there for 8 nights and our feet were black from walking around our room as the floors weren't cleaned. Sometimes we weren't left water, towels or toilet paper when it was obvious they were required. There was a bit of an ant problem and the air conditioning didn't work well leading to a lot of sleepless nights.

Pros:

Tuvimos una estadía muy agradable en el Blue Flamingo. El lugar era precioso, y tanto las habitaciones como la piscina y las demás comodidades eran excelentes. El personal fue amable y atento durante toda nuestra estadía.

Un servicio especialmente conveniente fue el puesto de Fury ubicado dentro del hotel, donde una representante nos ayudó a conocer y reservar de inmediato distintas actividades acuáticas. Esto hizo que todo fuera muy fácil y fue un excelente complemento para nuestra estadía.

Cons:

El único inconveniente fue que uno de los ascensores estaba fuera de servicio y no parecía que se estuvieran realizando trabajos de reparación o mantenimiento. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo muy bien y realmente disfrutamos nuestra estadía.

Nice pool but wouldn’t go back.

The pool and the roosters

Cons:

Room was tiny. Not enough plug sockets that worked. Hardly no enough Lighting. Air conditioning in our room was awful which caused the lack of sleep well during my stay. Cleaners didn’t like to clean the bathroom ie sink and shower. Left trash on the floor that fell out of the trash can.

It was very pleasant to stay for the most part.
Pros:

We like that the room was sound proof we could not hear other guests or the music from the pool. The pool was very clean and well maintained. We loved all the games that were available.

Cons:

The pool was really warm. The available amenities for food cost way to much. $20 for an omlete is to pricey. The staff that were cleaning were not very friendly.
