Pros:

El personal fue muy amable y cercano, y hablaba castellano.
Es un alojamiento sin pretensiones. Son apartamentos con un baño, una habitación con dos camas, un sofá-cama aceptable, y cocina.
Tiene parking en la propia finca (de pago) y piscina.
El barrio es tranquilo, y bien ubicado.

Cons:

Los utensilios de cocina eran escasos y algo viejos y con mucho uso.
El baño, algo pequeño.

La posizione strategica per raggiungere il pier e la terza strada a piedi. Parcheggio coperto a pagamento ma ottimale. Nell insieme la struttura è coerente con le foto. Datata ma pulita.

La piscina non era particolarmente pulita, struttura datata, si sentivano rumori esterni e da altre stanze.

Struttura in ottima posizione, vicino spiaggia e pier e il fatto avesse la cucina attrezzata e la piscina. Ottima pulizia e staff disponibile e gentile. Tra tutti gli hotel del ns tour e’ stato quello che abbiamo predeito di più, ci ha fatto godere in Toto Los Angeles
Lo Consiglio a tutti.

Cons:

Solo una cosa, Il bagno andrebbe un po’ rinnovato.
E’ vero magari anche la cucina un po’ datata ma nell’insieme a noi è piaciuto molto.

Lovely stay in Los Angeles.
Pros:

We loved staying at this location, it was easy to walk to places and also to park the car and drive further around LA.
The pool was lovely and great to have this outside our apartment.

Cons:

The only negative comment is the smell of the swimming pool was quite strong and you could smell it through the kitchen windows.
