寂しい
Pros:

温泉が広くて想像以上でした。

Cons:

部屋が汚くて、写真とのギャップが凄い。電球は蛍光灯で、悲しくなります。コスパはいいのだけど。部屋にお菓子を溢してしまって清掃をお願いしたら、汚い業務用掃除機を持ってきてくださって、ご自身でお願いしますと。笑えるエピソードでした。

Pros:

Extremely convenient location just a few minutes walk from Asahikawa Station. Staff are extremely friendly and helped me fill in my Takkyubin form. They provide 1 drink token per person per night that you can redeem at the vending machines on the 2nd floor. If you decline room cleaning, you get extra tokens as a reward. The sento facility was well maintained and clean.

Pros:

good facilities and excellent location . Close to station and walkable to Aeon mall in 6 min. Have a public bath and with token with drinks. Sake tasting is also great

部屋が広い。温泉の湯質(炭酸泉)が最高。ウエルカムサービス(試飲など)大変良いです。

Cons:

寝湯(ジェット風呂)の温度がもう少しぬる湯であったらゆっくりほぐす事ができるのだけど。

Overall, the stay was very good- place, staff, amenities and location.
Pros:

Free snacks and drinks at the lounge and free sake tasting, size of the room is bigger than usual japanese hotel rooms, place is clean. Also having a spa/wellness center on site is nice, unfortunately I was not able to avail of the services due to time constraints. But the hot spring bath was a plus, it is clean and big.

Cons:

The fact that you have to bring your room towel to use in the hot spring bath. And this was not even in any of the information so it was confusing as there was no one in the desk at the time I went. After looking around and waiting, I decided to go to front desk and was told to use the room towel. There should be available towels to use in the hot spring bath or extras placed in the room for this.

Good value hotel in city centre. Cheap parking.
Pros:

Located within 10 minutes walk of the city’s main shopping district and railway station. Affordable parking. Reasonable price rooms. Decent hotel onsen that was large and clean. Microwave and coffee facilities in the lobby.

Cons:

Hotel rooms are a bit dated. Small rooms but that is standard for Japan. Only given two vending machine drinks per night that you’re staying. Coin operated washing machine not very good.
