A wonderfully special place with unmatched charm and hospitality
Pros:

Everything, From the gorgeous design and comfortable rooms to the exceptionally warm and welcoming staff

Cons:

There was some construction going on during my stay but it was managed so well that I honestly didn't feel or hear it at all

Worst hotel. Service: Horrible. Unprecedented antipathy from the receptionists. The room is large but very outdated. A reasonable bed but with a moldy smell. A shower that is outdated. But everything pales in comparison to the problem with the air conditioner - its motor is extremely noisy. I had to sleep with earplugs. A terrible experience. Oh, and the hotel is under renovation: unbearable noise of drilling and hammering, which was not mentioned when booking on Booking. The rude people charged full price. My requests for a reduction were not met at all. Disgraceful disrespect. I will never go back there

Stayed in a refurbished room - a pleasant experience. Have stayed at this Hotel many times and once again enjoyed the experience. The Staff are outstanding - nothing is too much trouble. Ocean view rooms a must have. Great value for money.

Hotel is as expected, clean and good value for money. location to walking street and beach good

we have a 20yr history at this hotel, good to see the rooms are getting updated. Bathroom is modern and new. location is great for beach and walking street. parking is avail if you have car

Cons:

currently renovating floors 3 and 6. 3 is the pool level, while the pool is accessible for the menu and towels you need to go down to reception and return when finished.
like all hotels they are currently very quiet.

Gute Lage. Preis Leistung Okay. Für den Preis kann man kein Luxushotel erwarten. Aber die Klimaanlage lief Super und leise. Zimmer wurde schnell runter gekühlt. Personal immer freundlich nett und hilfsbereit.
Mehr Sonnenschirme am Pool wären schon nett. In der Sonne kaum auszuhalten

Ich übernachte jedesmal im Sandy Springs, wenn ich in Pattaya bin. Die Lage ist super. Schönes Pool und tolle Aussicht vom Balkon.
Es gibt ältere und neuere Zimmer. Die neuen Zimmer sind schön, modern und geräumig.
Der Staff ist immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
