Nice pool.

Cons:

Very slow check in and check out. Our driver had to wait 15 minutes and driving around until we finish check out.
No pool towels.
Only 4 sunbeds.
Calling reception does not mean they will answer.
Surrounding area foul of rats.
Would not reccoment.

I honestly wouldn't consider staying at that hotel again.
Pros:

It is hard to say that I don't regret staying at this hotel. I was expecting something better than what I have experienced.

Cons:

The reception staff were unresponsive to important requests; e.g. I forgot some belongings in one of my initial room, and when I asked reception guys to move the missed item to my new room, they only responded after I had to ask them five times.
Security was unhelpful.
Toilet has unpleasant smell and not well prepared.

Iso huone, huone siivottiin päivittäin. Lounas oli hyvä hotellissa.

Cons:

Äänieristys, naapurin tv valvotti 2 yötä, kunnes asiaan puututtiin. Pihalta kantautui äänet läpi yön. Suihkussa hometta seinissä ja tiivisteissä.

Walking distance from the Petronas towers.

The staff were very helpful when my flight was delayed and I arrived 4 hours late for booking in.

Racende auto's zorgen in het weekend dat je geen oog dicht doet
Pros:

Kamer was prima.

Cons:

Boek dit hotel NOOIT IN HET WEEKEND!!!!!!!
In het weekend racen ze met auto's langs het hotel tot 5 uur in de morgen waardoor je geen oog dicht doet.
1 lift deed het niet. Iedereen moest gebruik maken van de overgebleven lift, wat voor lange wachttijden zorgde.

WP - A good deal in KL
Pros:

Great location! Lots of shops, supermarkets, the local train and central market wasn't too far either.
Breakfast every morning was a treat!
The staff are always so polite and smiling always

Muy bonita, pero falta de control en la piscina

La habitación, el hotel en sí y el personal

Cons:

Por la tarde la piscina era un descontrol, lleno de niños y niñas gritando tirando agua, con ropa de la calle y los padres mirando sin decir nada, parecía la selva eso .
Creo que haría falta un poco más de control en esa zona , e intentar que la gente respete a las demás personas sin salpicar, empujar, gritar , haciendo pelea de toallas que una me dio…

Gute Lage - schöner Rooftop Pool
Pros:

Der rooftop Pool ist schön und sinnvoll. Nicht so gut wie beim Stripes - es hat weniger Liegen aber auch recht wenig Leute die das genutzt haben.

Cons:

Der Check-In ist sehr langsam. Für eine zweite Zimmerkarte (wenn man zu zweit ist - braucht man die halt) verlangt man 30 Ringit Depot. Beim Checkin wird generell ein 100 Ringit Depot verlangt - aber beim Checkout muss man warten bis das Zimmer geprüft ist - dann macht doch das Depot keinen Sinn.
