I paid for 9 nights stay 8 I will be seaking a refund no hot water to sink shower cold then to hot i can go on and on breakfast crap eggs cold coffee machine broken for 3 days no handrails on staircase shower floor none comply dangerous rjcumpper

Pros:

Обычный сетевой отель, три отдельных корпуса, есть маленький бассейн. Хороший завтрак. Рядом есть два крупных супермаркета. Парковка для автомобиля.

Cons:

Номеров на этаже много, плохая шумоизоляция, очень хорошо слышно соседей. Очень раздражало, когда кто то из соседей не до конца захлопнет дверь и замок бесконечно будет громко пищать на весь этаж.

Price/quality mismatch
Pros:

No reasons to like it, perhaps except spacious car parking and nice staff

Cons:

I’ve booked a “deluxe family room”, but in fact it were two regular connecting standard rooms))
There was no soap in the bathrooms
AC was blowing on the bed with no chance to tune it up to avoid it

In my view, if you pay even 50usd for a regular room it is too much. There are plenty of better options on the island

A budget hotel near center of Phuket. Not perfectly clean but the room and the bed is big enough.
Pros:

It is considered worth the money being located in Phuket. The breakfast line is nice. The bed is big and there is also a microwave in the room.

Cons:

The place overall is not so clean. We experience some problems during stay but the staffs took some time to take action.

Great Amenities but Disrupted by Noise and AC Issues
Pros:

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. Here’s my take:

The staff was friendly and easygoing, always willing to help with a smile. The pool was fantastic—clean, well-maintained, and a great spot to relax. The fitness room was a highlight for me—well-equipped with modern machines, perfect for keeping up with workouts.

While the facilities and staff were excellent, the noise and AC issue made the stay less comfortable than I hoped. This hotel is a good choice if you’re a heavy sleeper or don’t mind these small inconveniences. For those sensitive to noise, it might not be the best fit.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the soundproofing was poor. I could hear a lot of noise in the hallway during the night, which made it difficult to sleep. The air conditioning in the room couldn’t be switched off. The only way to stop it was by removing the key card, which also cut off all electricity—a frustrating inconvenience.

The property was located in a quite area, pool and the children's play area was amazing.

Staff does not look pleasant and there was no one to escort us to the room.
Breakfast just basic and the same menu again and again.
