Worst breakfast ever...like no breakfast... shocking disappointing stay

Worst breakfast ever.... never ever have seen such a poor breakfast... not even coffee... shocking!!!! One of the lifts so dirty seems never cleaned. ... old... looks like haunted

Pros:

Clean and well maintained hotel, interconnecting room was great for our family set up. Hotel was quite quiet when we went, so no fighting for sun loungers! Always a life guard on duty, which was reassuring, and towels always available. Gym was good, and plenty of equipment.

Cons:

Dinner selection could be improved. No options for children, although the staff were very accommodating and helped to provide for them, which we were very grateful for. Breakfast was good, no complaints. No longer using the large restaurant, although the olive restaurant was clean and well presented. Would have been nice to have a bar available for soft drinks by the pool area. We did have hot water issues in our room, which was very quickly rectified when reported to them.

You can improve by providing shuttle service to close by locations and installing smart tvs
Pros:

The breakfast and dinner did not have much options and could be imporved. also there should be a smart TV in the rooms so guests can use youtube or netflix.
