Disappointing stay. This hotel is nowhere near the advertised 4-star standard.

Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was entirely negative. During our week-long stay, we encountered a number of problems that are completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

For the first two days, there was no hot water in our room. Maintenance staff came three times to try to fix the issue, and eventually it turned out that the hot water had simply been switched off at the electrical panel. This raises the question of whether the rooms are inspected at all before guests check in.

In addition, the tap was leaking when we arrived, and whenever we used the shower, water leaked from the pipe beneath the bidet, leaving a puddle on the floor. We reported this to reception several times, but the problem was never fixed during our entire week-long stay.

The housekeeping service also left much to be desired. The staff regularly forgot to provide a full set of towels and to empty the rubbish bin. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.

The food also deserves special mention. Dinner costs 85 dirhams per person, yet the quality of the food does not justify the price in the slightest. After eating at the hotel restaurant just once, I was vomiting all night. Needless to say, after that experience, we had no desire to eat there again.

The most frustrating part was that even after repeatedly contacting reception, the problems remained unresolved. It gave us the impression that guest comfort and service quality are simply not a priority for the management.

Unfortunately, this hotel does not meet the advertised 4-star standard in terms of the condition of its rooms, the quality of its service, or the standard of its food.

We were extremely disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel and definitely do not plan to return.

It is a good value for money but don't expect luxury.
Pros:

The location was 10 min walk from metro so is fine with some restaurants and bars in the vicinity hotels. The hotel had only one restaurant and maybe a cafe as well that served buffet breakfast that was quite standard. The room size was ok (maybe a bit smaller by Dubai Standard). The beds were comfortable and room cleaned enough.

Cons:

The furnishing at the lobby and some additional facilities could make hotel look better.

Hotel me je obavestio da nema mini bus koji vozi do plaze jer jos nije sezona, da bih poslednjeg dana dok sam cekala prevoz do aerodroma videla bus i pitala obezbedjenje odakle sada bus kad su rekli da ne vozi, dobila sam informaciju da se sve vreme mog boravka vozio do plaze a ja sam placala taxi...
