Not 4 star accomodation

Room size, kitchen facility in room and view.

Cons:

Terrible value for money. No housekeeping unless staying for 8 days or more (only is done on the 7th day of stay), so no fresh towels, linen or cleaning service was provided during my stay. Stained carpet and couch, furniture in general in poor condition. Had to buy a cheap table cloth to cover the table on the patio as its condition ruined the view.
A routine inspection was completed by a real estate agent soon after I checked in, with NO notice provided by property staff which is unlawful. Real Estate Agent was the one who suggested I asked for another room due to its poor state.
They will only give you 1 room key.
I had to seek management approval to park mine and my partners vehicle at the property even though the car parks were never full (was told they only usually allow one). Due to the location of this property, you do not want to park any vehicles on the street over night, being a local to the area I am aware of this.
Internet connection on 10th floor was poor, movies or YouTube do not load.

A good stay overall

Location great and lovely river view

Attention to cleaning -
Shower still had long hair in the drain, areas of mould in tiles and just needed a really good detail clean in the bathroom

Cons:

We arrived at 6pm thankfully no later as our keycard didn’t allow us in to the. Carpark, up in the lift. We waited with another family who had the same issue and another family whose room had no sheets, dirty dishes and towels everywhere.
Once we gained access to the room it was ok. Carpet in the bedroom was terrible. No washing machine, although the manager didn’t believe me and headed up to check for himself! Upon arrival he remembered it had gone for repair, not very helpful with sports kit to wash that night.

Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if available next time.
Pros:

Friendly staff, great location, beautiful rooms and well maintained. Plenty of parking and parking price was very cheap.

Cons:

It's not a bad thing, but smart TV's would have been a nice touch.
