Super cool hotel, super cool staff.
Pros:

The staff were EXCEPTIONAL they made us feel like friends and couldn’t do enough to make us feel at home and looked after. They treated our son so well too and were super accommodating - they went out of their way to make us feel at home. It was incredible. We are so thankful! We feel like we made friends with the staff and we’ll miss them!

Friendly cool low key classy hotel. Beautiful food and eating area. The nicest vibe and energy.

Awesome location. The most beautiful food and the nicest coolest friendly hotel staff I’ve come across in a long time. Highly recommend!

Lovely aesthetic and design, but no function, unfortunately. Not good value for money :(
Pros:

The location is nice and the room looks nice

Cons:

The room access isn't for those prone to vertigo/evening drinks, the stairs are very steep. We went to a party one evening and were crawling climbing back to our room XD
Chromecast didn't work on the tv- either due to bad connection, or bad tv quality
Cut myself (my forearm) on the tile edge in the shower. The shower entrance is very narrow and I slipped going out of the shower, but didn't have space to properly stop myself from falling, and ended up with a nasty scratch and bruise on my forearm.
the tub in the room was impractical and ended up not using it for fear of flooding the room.
The huge mirror on the wall beside the bed was super distracting XD

The staff. Especially Kate and another girl starting with R. They were the friendliest and helpful people we have come across in our travels.

Pros:

Food was excellent and the room was great especially for a family. The room bathroom was excellent and there was a patio. Great spot on the corner with outdoor seating across from a canal.

The staff made this hotel exceptional. The location was fantastic and the amenities were excellent.

Perfect stay in Amsterdam
Pros:

Beautiful Property with the kindest and warmest staff who were prompt to reply if we needed anything. We thought the location was perfect on the edge of old town without being in the heart of tourist chaos. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We stayed in the special triple which was very comfortable for my husband and I and my teenager. Breakfast downstairs were superb in a beautiful restaurant. We will absolutely stay again Morgan and Mees when we are in Amsterdam next.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff
Pros:

The people were great!!! Everyone was so accommodating and friendly. The food was wonderful - and the coffee sublime. The location was fantastic. You could easily get anywhere on foot.

Cons:

Loved everything about it. We would definitely stay here again.
