Cons:

The fact that extra water is charged. You get one bottle free and others bottles you need to buy. Hotels in Europe generally are doing this. I think one of the basic facilities is drinking water that all hotels should make a point to provide. Their four star / five star status doesn’t mean to much if they want you to buy your own water from outside (cause they are going to sell you water for 2, 3 or 4 euros for a bottle).

Good value for money hotel in a great location.

Pros:

Very pleasant staff, cleaning crew is very competent and detail oriented, restaurant staff is also always pleasant even during rush hours. I enjoyed that the accommodation was quiet and rooms well isolated.

Cons:

Only improvement would be the room doors closing very loudly at times, especially during regular downtime hours. A suggestion to improve the closure regulator.
