It used to be a good hotel…
Pros:

I guess it used to be a good hotel, it’s in a great location.

Cons:

It is run down, it needs urgent tlc. Walls fabric is falling off, the room smelled musty. The breakfast was poor, the desk staff unprofessional. The lock on the doors are not safe and its mechanism is very loud and wakes up the other guests.

I will chose another place next time
Pros:

The location is very good.
The cleaners are kind.

Cons:

Mould smell in the room. No window.
The receptionist wasn't reasonable when they didn't lock my room for two days in a row. They said I should deal with it by speaking with the cleaner. I said that this is not my job.
Breakfast is very basic and quite mediocre.
No one spoke English, therefore I spent ages translating with a phone what we were discussing

Pros:

La pasé genial, pasé la noche previa a la maratón de Lima para descansar cerca a la carrera. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. Todo estuvo excelente.

Cons:

Podría haber un espejo en la habitación.

Pros:

It was close enough to walk down to the mall or the gym but far away enough that there wasn’t a constant flow of traffic. The staff were always super helpful.

Cons:

The fact I didn’t have more time to spend there because I was transiting through Lima, if not I would have stayed in this hotel a lot longer.

Exactly as described, a great nights sleep. I would stay here again.
Pros:

Fantastic, central location. Yet quiet and homely. Many places would be envious. Included breakfast was a nice add on.

Cons:

The place is really excellent, however I found the old towels a bit of a weakness. Easily past their expected lifespan. The exceptional cleanliness of the entire property allowed me to push the towel thing aside.

Pros:

Atendimento atencioso e disponibilidade em fazer q tudo ficasse bem ajustado com nossas necessidades. Localização excelente.

Cons:

Falta manutenção. Há necessidade urgente de ajuste em infiltrações e pintura, especialmente na suíte q ocupamos.
