Staff were extremely kind and accommodating.
The room itself was nice it just looked like it needed some TLC. Random silver screw in the inside of the shower frame that was protruding out. The lighting in the room could’ve been brighter. Also, the tv in our room wouldn’t work, we just ended up watching on our phones.
Very friendly staff and very nice accommodations. Lourine was super friendly upon arriving and very helpful!!
Our server, Simo, made our dinner truly special. His recommendations were spot on, and everything he suggested was delicious. He was attentive, friendly, and provided exceptional service from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Simo again! Highly recommend!

What a beautiful hotel. It feels like a lovely old hacienda and the front desk staff are wonderful. Ambrian at the front desk makes you feel like you have a good friend in the hospitality industry who can hook you up with all the best places. Beautiful, relaxing hotel.
We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful resort, calm and serene. Our kids loved the pool! Ambrian went out of her way to help and accommodate us during our stay. She was friendly and so helpful. 10/10 would stay again. Thankful for a wonderful family trip!
