Beautiful hotel, inexpensive for the quality
Pros:

Hotel was beautiful. Bed was very comfortable & room clean and very nicely set up.
4 star luxury, but very affordable.price.
Dinner in the restaurant was delicious.
The spa was beautiful too..

Teleurstellend

Het zwembad was oké.

Cons:

Het personeel is teleurstellend, niet zoals gewend van de Balinese bevolking. Onze kinderen hadden perongeluk drie vlekjes van banaan in de lakens gemaakt, en hiervoor kregen we een boete, aldus de manager, dat ze hierdoor de lakens naar de wasserette moesten brengen.

We verbleven als eerst in een te kleine kamer, waardoor we een upgrade hebben geboekt. In de eerste kamer viel de stroom de eerste avond tot twee keer aan toe uit, en kwamen er vonken uit het stopcontact van de waterkoker, waardoor er kortsluiting ontstond. Tijdens de afwezigheid van stroom probeerden wij de kledingkast te openen, waardoor er een barst in de spiegel ontstond, omdat de kast niet openging. Ook hiervoor kregen we een boete van €75 euro.

Na deze situaties was het personeel alles behalve vriendelijk en zaten ze niet meer op je te wachten. Bij het uitchecken werden we verzocht om ook de lege tube tandpasta en creme niet te vergeten die nog in de badkamer lag, bijzonder allemaal.

De jongen Christaan, was wel vriendelijk!
