Pros:

La posizione è perfetta, centrale ma tranquilla , le camere spaziose e pulite.
Il valore aggiunto a questa struttura è sicuramente il personale molto accogliente e gentile. May, Ted e Sana ci hanno sempre accolto con grandissimo calore e ci hanno aiutato con qualsiasi problema.

Enttäuschend
Pros:

Ich habe ein Standard Doppelzimmer gebucht und die Bilder stimmten dann bei der Ankunft nicht mit der Wirklichkeit überein. Man bekommt ein Zimmer, daß zwar Fenster hat, aber der Ausblick geht direkt auf eine 2 Meter entfernte graue Wand eines Nachbargebäudes.
Ich wollte sofort ein anderes Zimmer, aber es gab keins. Die Dame an der Rezeption hat mir gesagt, dass ich bei einer Stornierung trotzdem die komplette Buchung für 3 Nächte bezahlen muss.
Am nächsten Morgen wurde ich um 8!!! vom Telefon geweckt, nur um mir mitzuteilen, daß KEIN anderes Zimmer frei wäre.
Am selben Tag jedoch in der Mittagszeit bekam ich doch noch ein anderes Zimmer mit Blick zur Straße.

Cons:

Ein Teil der Zimmer geht zu einer Wand des Nachbargebäudes. Das wird nirgendwo erwähnt.
Diese Zimmer haben praktisch keine Privatsphäre, es sei denn, man hat den ganzen Tag und die Nacht die Vorhänge zugezogen

The location is good. You can rent a scooter right there.

Cons:

I was strongly encouraged to pay by cash even though I repeated many times I didn't have enough cash. Even telling me to go to an ATM.
The room's windows and balcony were directly across a different building around a metre away. So no sunlight gets in and you can see the other people in the room across.
