La ubicación es muy buena. Así como la amabilidad del equipo del hotel (recepción, mucamas, etc)
Baño y cama muy amplia y cómoda

Cons:

De manera constante había un sonido molesto (al parecer un generador ) que interfería con el descanso.
Sumado a lo anterior, el personal del restaurante no fue tan amable como se esperaba

Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, excelente servicio, personal muy amable, rica comida en el restaurante y nos solucionaron rápidamente el problema de la calefacción.

Cons:

Que la habitación asignada tuviera descompuesta la calefacción y hacía mucho frío, lo bueno es que luego nos cambiaron a otra que si contaba con ella

Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación del hotel, ya que está cerca de toda la oferta gastronómica de Viña del Mar y de sus playas.
El desayuno era tipo buffet; no muy contundente, pero cumplía con lo básico. Además, el personal fue muy amable y atento.
Las camas eran muy cómodas y el baño se notaba recientemente remodelado, lo que elevaba la calidad general de la habitación.

Cons:

El recibimiento no fue del todo profesional; se percibió que la persona que nos atendió tenía poca experiencia en atención al cliente.
En relación con las habitaciones, se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la ciudad, lo que afectó el descanso. Además, la temperatura no era adecuada, ya que el aire acondicionado solo emitía aire frío, por lo que pasamos bastante frío durante la estadía.
Por otra parte, el secador de pelo no funcionaba, ya que se encontraba averiado, lo que también generó inconvenientes durante nuestra estadía.
