まあまあ良かったです。
Pros:

温泉が良かったです、露天風呂もあったし。

Nice basic place to learn about Kisatsu Onsen area.
Pros:

We liked the dependable drivers and bus shuttle service from the venue to Kusatsu Town.

We booked a family room and appreciated the extra space and room layout. The indoor and outdoor hot spring baths were enjoyable and relaxing.

Both buffets have a healthy variety and the staff work very hard.

Cons:

We stayed 2 nights and the 2nd night there was a family with kids staying on the upper floor and running in the room until late hours.

The indoor pool was closed during most of our stay.

Activities such as bowling and pool require additional fees for hotel guests to enjoy. French food also requires an extra fee.

It can be crowded with university students staying as guests.

温泉がとても広く、肌がもっちもちになりました！ご飯もバイキングで色々な種類があってとても美味しかったです！

伊藤園ホテルズを一泊４万円で宿泊したようなホテル
Pros:

従業員の人達がニコニコと親切でした。

Cons:

夏休みで子供が沢山と人が沢山、レストランが混雑。バイキングばかりで大衆ホテルのわりには一泊二人で４万円もかかる。部屋のトイレとお風呂がビジネスホテルのユニットバスよりも前の世代で使いにくい。駐車場がいっぱいで第二駐車場まであるかなければいけなかった。広いというより入り組んでおり、どこの場所もわかりにくい。どの施設も追加料金が必要。

自然の中の充実したアクティビティー
Pros:

スタッフの方々が細やかに声がけしてくださり大変気持ち良かったです。食事も贅沢に寿司、天ぷら、ステーキ、すき焼き、とかなり充実していて、とても美味しかったです。
リゾートパスポートで遊べる充実のアクティビティーで遊び疲れました。また来年も来ようねと家族と話しています。大変お世話になりました。

Cons:

館内のフリーWi-Fiが弱く、客室内ではほぼ使えませんでした。Wi-Fiのアクセスポイントの改善をしてくださったら言うことなしです。
