Tolles kleines Hotel.
Pros:

Super ruhige Lage. Kurzer Weg zur MRT. Frühstück wurde frisch und liebevoll zubereitet z.B. Joghurt, Müsli, Panncake und guter Kaffee.
Das Zimmer war klein, hatte ein Fenster. Ausreichend für einen Städtetrip.

Cons:

Frühstück ab 7 Uhr wäre toll.

Cozy, service-focused gem
Pros:

Excellent - in many ways.
The concept - small hotel with comfortable cafe as the lobby - is a very good one, and it delivered!
- Location: Very good, a one-minute walk to Da’an train station, lots to eat nearby.
- Room comfort - the room was not big, but was indeed exactly as expected and plenty for what we needed. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was fine, no problem, with a good quality toilet (bidet functions, etc)
- Service - very friendly, always ready to help, and it was quite pleasant that the barista was also hotel reception. There are various nice touches that make it feel like a service-oriented (vs profit hungry) business.
- Work - who wants a « business center » when you could get a comfortable cafe right outside your hotel room? :-)

Cozy, Comfortable, Convenient
Pros:

This nice and cozy family-run hotel, which located a stone’s throw away from Daan station, is super convenient to go places. The breakfast and coffee here also good. A lovely place to stay.

Fijn, rustig, kleinschalig hotel. Met extra aandacht voor de hygiene niets op aan te merken.
Pros:

Een fijn, kleinschalig hotel direct om de hoek van MRT Da'an, uitgang 1. Er heerst een fijne sfeer en het naastgelegen café serveert heerlijke ontbijtjes (ook Taiwanees), bowls en koffie. S'avonds is dit ook een heerlijke plek om rustig een boek te lezen. Op de gang kun je gratis koffie, thee en koekjes pakken. De bedden slapen goed en de douche is heerlijk. De locatie is ideaal voor excursies naar Taipei 101, Elephant mountain, Da'an Forest Park, Maokong en Tonghua night market.

Cons:

Op beide kamers stond een luchtontvochtiger. Wij vonden de kamers niet vochtig maar toen we het stapelbed in de Slaapzaal met eigen badkamer iets van de muur af schoven zagen we wel schimmel op de muur. Dit is niet fris en makkelijk op te lossen lijkt ons. Het bovenste stapelbed op de driepersoonskamer is niet veilig voor kleine kinderen. Ondanks de tip om de grote muurkussens voor de open reling te plaatsen. Onze kamers waren erg stoffig, vooral in de hoeken en onder het bed. Dit hebben we gemeld bij de receptie.
