Horrible stay never again

The stuff are soooo rude inhuman my dad just got out of the ICU he was extremely ill he wasn’t able to go down to eat they gave us very hard time to be able to take the food upstairs knowing we did pay for it the made us pay again horrible people no humanity the worst experience

They are not a 5 star hotel smells, they make buses from the parking which very hot that made me very sick and I had to cut my stay and leave at the earliest
