Had a lovely stay staff were lovely and food great. Been previously and the spa facilities were a little better kept. The changing rooms we were lacking shampoo etc and used towels were piled high in the basket and could do with a little clean. There were no cups for water and the lights on the ceiling weren’t on which were lovely last time which added a sparkle

Room was dated & surprised the ceiling hadn’t been repainted as early in the season after damage. Bathroom dated.
Car Parking issues which need to be policed better and to actually charge those who don’t register their vehicle

I was disappointed with the hotel. My room looked onto to a flat roof housing kitchen fans. It was very noisy and I found sleep very difficult. The rooms were very hot. The bathroom had no rails to get in and out the bath. The rooms had no USB wall sockets. The food was not very good quality, some under cooked and some lacked presentation. The staff seemed in a consonant rush, which made you feel uncomfortable and rushed. I would definitely not recommend or visit the hotel again. I do not think it should be a 4 star, as I have stayed in a lot of better 3 star hotels.
A fantastic stay from start to finish. All staff were friendly and helpful, the food was delicious and the spa treatment was out of this world (an expensive treat, but well worth it).
The sea view room was spacious and well equipped with everything you need: hairdryer, tea/coffee etc and GAIA toiletries.
Fistral beach is a short walk away, a wetsuit hire shop is up the road and Beryl bikes (electric) can be hired at the top of the hill; just download the app.
Only feedback would be: the repetitive playlist throughout the hotel needs updating/livening up.
We would definitely come back especially as it's ADULTS ONLY! Loved it!
