Cons:

Selection of Continental Breakfast Good .
FULL ENGLISH Breakfast cannot be described as full English due to the measly portions at best small English Breakfast .. The Staff in the hotel were very welcoming and friendly . We found the restaurant menu choice limited again with measly portions and overpriced !!

Punktet mit Lage ... und freundlichem Service
Pros:

Dieses Hotel lebt von seiner Lage und dem Ausblick aufs Meer. Zum Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten. Architektonisch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber doch gut gepflegt, erinnert es an "Urlaube wie früher". Besonders hervorzuheben: Die Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiterin am Empfang, die uns geholfen hat, ein Pannenservice zu organisieren, als unser Mietwagen einen "Platten" hatte.

Couple Reset Break
Pros:

The whole experience was just bliss, such a calming and relaxing atmosphere all round. Breakfast was beautiful, and views just spectacular.

Cons:

Bed was a little hard, and that is the only thing I can think of about the while stay.

Great facilities and extremely good value for money.
Pros:

Great facilities and very friendly staff. Spacious room

Cons:

The only tiny gremlin was that I prefer a separate shower, hate a shower curtain, but this didn’t spoil my stay.

Wonderful stay with an unforgettable view, with the dining and spa experiences to match.
Pros:

We loved staying here again, although we do prefer the alternative style of rooms like the lower teen rooms of floor 2 appose to the layout of room 217. Regardless, that’s just our preference and we still hugely enjoyed our time here again. The peace and quiet in the room is amazing, given how busy the area can be at times. We loved the balcony and always look forward to the sea view. The dinner service, food and experience was fantastic, our food came quickly and turnaround between dishes was great. The pork belly starter was incredible, we loved the purée paired with it as well. Our main, the 5oz steak with peppercorn sauce and beautifully cooked tomatoes and mushrooms, was our favoured. We had them cooked medium rare and both were done perfectly. The whole dish came together so well. We also had dessert, the chocolate brownie was delicious, moist but still light enough that it was so tempting to eat the whole piece. The vanilla ice cream which came with it was a great addition. Huge appreciation for the chef and kitchen staff on the food and prep. I’d like to thank our server, Jack, who was very helpful and made sure we were looked after.

We had an enjoyable time and the hotel provided a good base.
Pros:

The staff were very good especially in the bar and restaurant, polite and attentive, breakfast and dinner.

Cons:

The hotel was a bit tired on the outside and whilst the view and proximity to the beach was great it was very built up area, not what we expected.

Fabulous hotel but would advise to call hotel and request a room on a higher level
Pros:

Fantastic sea view, great outdoor seating area overlooking the beach. Very clean.

Cons:

Room wasn’t the one shown in the booking photo. We were literally in the car park and next to the bar so couldn’t open our curtains to enjoy the view. The view was the reason we booked here.
Bar man was pretty rude.

Der Blick auf das Meer vom Speisesaal und er Bar, die Nähe zum Meer. Irritierend beim Frühstück ist die Auswahl zwischen Continental und weiteren Frühstückspeisen. Man kann alles dazu bestellen, das musst ich aber erst rausfinden. Z.B. steht ein ganz normales Rührei nicht auf der Karte. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen sehr gut!

Cons:

Der Ausblick in den Hinterhof. Nicht mal so sehr der Ausblick, das kann sein wenn man keinen Seeblick bucht. Aber die Lüftung der Küche lief bis spät Nachts und hat so manchen Küchenduft ins Zimmer gebracht.

Most helpful staff!
Pros:

Large spacious room overlooking surfers on beach. Food and bar service excellent. Hotel concierge very helpful. Gym was amazing! Spa was adequate, but more of a gym spa than a stand alone spa if that makes sense!? Overall, lovely venue, great views, helpful staff

Cons:

The spa- too enclosed for my liking. More glazing, outside views would be lovely. All there and working well though!
