The Hotel & Staff Truly Deserve 5 stars
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at Hotel St George. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the pool was always warm and clean. The food was fresh, tasty, and varied every day.

What made our stay truly special was the amazing staff. Everyone — from the receptionists and waiters to the housekeeping staff — was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel at home from the first day.

Special thanks to Biljan for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable, and also to the kids’ animator, who was wonderful with our child and made our family vacation even more relaxing and beautiful.

The hotel and staff truly deserve 5 stars. We would happily come back again!

Отлично местоположение, вкусна храна, усмихнат персонал, много добра СПА зона като цяло!

Cons:

Това, което може да се подобри:

- Един час като време за обяда е МАЛКО, това не зная от кога е въведено, редовни клиенти сме и мисля, че преди не беше така. Хората не искат да бързат да се нахранят целокупно за кратко, особено когато са на почивка - направете го 2 часа, както е почти навсякъде в БГ и Европа.

- СПА-зоната отваря в 9ч., но всички сауни не са достигнали дори и към 10ч. 'работна' температура - не е ОК. В 9ч. Просто ги пускайте малко по-рано. Приемето го за градивна критика, от отлични да станете фантастични.

A WORTH STAYING HOTEL

ROOMS AND APARTMENTS ARE VERY CLEAN, SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE. ALL STAFF IS EXCELLENT, ESPECIALLY THE RECEPTIONIST, DRAVKA, WHO WAS REALLY HELPFUL, KIND AND ALWAYS WILLING TO HELP. HALFBOARD WAS VERY GOOD, OFFERING DELICIOUS FOOD WITH A BIG VARIETY. THERE IS ALSO, A FREE SHUTTLE BUS TO GONDOLA, AS THE HOTEL IS ON A DIFFICULT STREET TO WALK... GENERALLY, WE REALLY ENJOYED EVERYTHING.

Cons:

THE SPA OF THE HOTEL WAS NICE BUT ALWAYS TOO MUCH OVERCROWDED THAT YOU COULDN'T EVEN FIND A PLACE TO LEAVE YOUR TOWEL AND THERE WERE TOO MANY LITTLE CHILDREN IN THE POOL, DIVING AND SCREAMING ALL THE TIME. SO, WE DIDN'T ENJOY THE SPA AREA AT ALL. OF COURSE, THAT'S NOT HOTEL'S FAULT AND IT COULD HAPPEN EVERYWHERE. I JUST MENTION IT AS THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T LIKE...
