Pros:

Всичко ни хареса. Студиото ни беше откъм задната страна на хотела, така че до балкона ни ромонеше поточето - изключително приятно! Местоположението на хотела е много добре за старт на разходка към планината. Около и в хотела е тихо и спокойно. Спа площите функционират нормално, не са препълнени, винаги в някоя от сауните/парната баня/солната баня има достатъчно свободни места. Най-"пренаселен" е басейнът заради децата. Изключително разнообразна и вкусна храна. Отзивчив, любезен и усмихнат персонал в целия хотел. С удоволствие бихме повторили!

Pros:

Освен страхотното обслужване и удобните стаи, останахме очаровани от ресторанта! Храната беше приготвена с внимание към всеки детайл – прясна, вкусна и с богат избор. С удоволствие ще посетим хотела отново.

Cons:

Единственият недостатък е, че басейна е малък за капацитета на хотела, но като цяло останахме доволни.

מלון נהדר ופסטורלי, נהנינו מאד
Pros:

נוף מהמם מהמלון, ירוק, הרים ונחל שעבר מחוץ למרפסת. מרחק הליכה של כחצי שעה למדרחוב. החדר היה מרווח מאד ונעים, שני חדרי שינה וסלון מרווח, מטבחון ופינת אוכל, שתי מרפסות. ארוחת הבוקר די מגוונת ומשביעת רצון. בריכה לא גדולה, מקורה, ענה על הצורך, גם חדר הכושר. הצוות היה אדיב. תמורה מעולה למחיר.

Cons:

במרחב הציבורי של המלון (לובי, מסדרונות) לא היה מזגן והיה די חם, כך גם בחדר המשחקים לילדים.

Pros:

Buenas vistas, apartamento amplio y muy limpio. Nos hemos alojado repetidas veces.

Cons:

No me gustó que hubiera televisiones encendidas y contenido sexual explícito reproduciéndose en la sala del comedor (videoclips musicales). Creo que, cuando estamos de vacaciones, uno de los aspectos más importantes es disfrutar del tiempo juntos y crear recuerdos en familia. Las pantallas distraen, reducen la interacción entre las personas y hacen que se preste menos atención a la conversación y al propio momento de la comida.

Además, me pareció especialmente preocupante que se emitieran vídeos de canciones con contenido sexual, ya que considero que no son apropiados para un espacio frecuentado por familias y niños.

También hay otro aspecto a tener en cuenta: no se recomienda comer habitualmente delante de pantallas, ya que pueden hacer que prestemos menos atención a las señales de hambre y saciedad. Esto es aplicable tanto a niños como a adultos.

Por todo ello, os agradecería que os plantearais eliminar las televisiones de la zona del comedor. Creo que favorecería mucho más la interacción entre los huéspedes y haría que la experiencia fuese más agradable y familiar.

Como sugerencia adicional, también sería interesante colocar un pequeño cartel, en tono amable, recordando a los clientes que no es necesario llenar los platos en exceso: siempre pueden volver al buffet y servirse de nuevo. Creo que ayudaría a reducir el desperdicio de comida sin resultar restrictivo.

Creo que unos pequeños cambios podrían mejorar mucho la experiencia de las familias.
