Pros:

Басейнът е голям и топъл, няколко сауни, парна баня, всичко е супер. Храната е разнообразна и вкусна. Леглата комфортни. Всеки ден почистват и сменят кърпите. Като цяло всичко беше чудесно.

Room clean and tidy. The man working at the reception Demis Pušenjak was very helpful, very kind, a true professional
The breakfast was excellent, the only complaint was that the boiled eggs were rotten.

Cons:

The person in charge of the kitchen is probably the boss, I should have a little more professionalism and culture. When I informed her that the egg was rotten, she did not want to accept it and the egg was 100% rotten. The lady at the entrance of the hotel chased us out of the parking lot and told us to repark. The pool could be a little cleaner.

Cons:

Am avut un sejur la acest hotel cu așteptări medii spre bune, însă experiența a fost una dezamăgitoare în ansamblu.

Camera a fost punctul principal negativ: mobilierul este vechi, uzat, iar de la intrare se simte un miros persistent de vechi/închis, care afectează confortul. Deși baia părea recent renovată și era într-o stare bună, restul camerei nu este la același standard.

Zona de spa este mică și devine rapid aglomerată, ceea ce face dificilă relaxarea, mai ales în orele de vârf.

De asemenea, hotelul nu este foarte bine adaptat pentru familii cu copii mici sau cărucioare. Deși există rampă la intrare, în alte zone apar trepte și diferențe de nivel (inclusiv spre exteriorul restaurantului), ceea ce face deplasarea cu căruciorul dificilă și incomodă.

În concluzie, hotelul pare să fi fost modernizat doar parțial, cu investiții punctuale (ex. băile), dar fără o renovare completă a camerelor și a infrastructurii. Raportul calitate-preț poate fi acceptabil, însă experiența generală nu se ridică la nivelul așteptărilor pentru un hotel de 4 stele.

מלון טוב מאוד כבסיס לטיולים בסביבה.
Pros:

המלון מאד נעים. הצוות מסביר פנים ומוכן לעזור. יש מספיק מקומות חניה. במרחק נסיעה קצר מהמדרחוב. ארוחת הערב על בסיס אכול כפי יכולתך איננה זולה במושגים בולגריים אבל אפשר גם לבחור מהתפריט במחיר סביר מאד וטעים.

Cons:

בריכת השחיה קטנה יחסית למספר המשתמשים והג'קוזי לא ממש עושה את העבודה. בקיצור מתקני הספא החינמיים לא ברמה גבוהה.
