Schöne Lage und Aussicht, etwas ältere Ausstattung
Pros:

Der Pool und die Aussicht sind sehr schön.

Cons:

Wir haben ein Zimmer mit älterer Ausstattung als auf den Bildern beim buchen bekommen. In dem Zimmer hat die Klimaanlage nur an 2 von 6 Tagen unseres Urlaubs funktioniert.

Lage mit Blick auf Toskana

Cons:

Es ist kein Zimmer, sonder ein Abstellraum mit Blick auf Müll-Container. Kein Blick auf wunderschönes Landschaft. Falls nur eine Übernachtung- geht so. Aber man muss so spät kommen, dass draußen dunkel wird.

Pros:

L'emplacement est exceptionnel, l'hôtel surplombe la vallée qui est magnifique. L'exterieur est bien aménagé. Le personnel est irréprochable et avenant. Notre chambre etait confortable et propre.

La struttura è molto carina, con il fascino tipico del casolare toscano, immersa in un contesto piacevole e tranquillo, a meno di 10 minuti da Poggibonsi. Il personale è stato gentile, ospitale e disponibile.

Cons:

Il punto più importante riguarda l’accesso alla struttura. Arrivando dalla zona di Radda in Chianti, quindi dal lato est, il navigatore mi ha fatto imboccare una strada sterrata che avrebbe dovuto condurre all’hotel dopo circa 3,5 km. Dopo circa 800 metri, però, la strada è diventata piuttosto dissestata e poco adatta a un’auto normale, soprattutto se non si guida un SUV o un fuoristrada. A quel punto mi sono fermato e ho chiamato la struttura per chiedere indicazioni. Mi è stato confermato che quella fosse la strada corretta e che bastasse procedere lentamente.

Personalmente, però, non me la sono sentita di proseguire, perché rischiavo concretamente di danneggiare l’auto. Dopo essere tornato indietro, ho verificato meglio la mappa e ho capito che era possibile raggiungere la struttura anche dal lato ovest, percorrendo una strada molto più agevole, stretta nell’ultimo tratto ma comunque asfaltata e decisamente più sicura. Ho quindi fatto il giro, impiegando circa venti minuti in più, e sono riuscito ad arrivare senza particolari problemi.

Credo sarebbe molto importante che la struttura indicasse chiaramente agli ospiti il percorso consigliato, evitando di suggerire l’accesso dal lato est, almeno a chi arriva con auto normali.

Un altro aspetto da migliorare riguarda la camera: la pressione dell’acqua era piuttosto bassa e anche la doccia risultava solo tiepida, cosa che incide sul comfort del soggiorno. La colazione, infine, l’ho trovata appena sufficiente.
