The convince of downtown
The valet should have been included for the price and the parking lot was not a private lot. There needs to be ice box in the rooms and bags in the trash cans
Beautiful hotel, beautiful concept! Can't wait for the new restaurant to open, it will make the property that much better.
THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, AND THE STAFF.
THE MUSEUM WAS SMALLER THEN EXPECTED, THE BED WAS HARD, TRASH CANS HAD NO TRASH BAGS, THE SOAP IN THE SHOWER DIDNT WORK WHICH THEY WERE LOCKED IN SO ITS NOT SOMETHING WE COULD HAVE FIXED WITH OUT ASKING. THE PLUG IN ON ONE SIDE OF THE BED DIDNT WORK, NOTHING TO MAKE THE STAY AWFUL, BUT FOR THE PRICE I JUST EXPECTED MORE. I KNOW THE HOTEL IS UPDATED BUT SOME OF THE UPDATED LACKED.
Bell boys helpful
Dirty, small, parking horrible, room was disgusting, found cut finger nails on floor, other people hair in bed, bathroom mold growing everywhere, TV didn’t work right, art work for viewing horrible
A localização é muito boa , bem no centro da cidade.
Quarto muito pequeno, para uma família de 4 pessoas ( casal com 2 filhos ) o quarto quadruplo é muito pequeno. O frigobar era péssimo.
Do yourself a favor and read the reviews closely, because I did not. There are several recent comments about housekeeping issues and the condition of the hotel, and unfortunately, they were accurate.
This hotel was, in a word, disgusting.
We like to check out 21c properties whenever we can. Most are objectively in need of some updating, especially given the hotel class and price point, but the Lexington 21c was by far the worst we’ve stayed in.
First, I have Gold status with Accor, and at check-in there was no acknowledgment of our loyalty status or mention of any Gold benefits. There was no mention of an upgrade and no discernible upgrade, though we were placed on one of the higher floors.
Our King room was run-down, but we didn’t realize how truly disgusting the bathroom was until we were about to shower. Photos included. The shower was mildewed and filthy. I genuinely cannot believe they sold a hotel room in such abysmal condition. We had somewhere to be within the hour, so we decided to stick it out for our one-night stay rather than go through the hassle of asking to be moved.
The rest of the bathroom wasn’t much better: deteriorating/desilvering mirrors, visible dirt and crumbs on the bathroom shelving, and thin, worn towels—one of which had literal holes in it. We were also given only two bath towels total.
The bed linens were paper-thin and extremely poor quality. The decrepit old minibar had apparently been repurposed for personal refrigeration, but it’s barely usable because the old minibar infrastructure is still inside. Furniture throughout the room was damaged, worn, and frankly embarrassing for a hotel at this price point.
My Accor status includes late checkout, yet housekeeping was pounding on our door at 10:59 a.m. as we were gathering our things to leave for the standard 11 a.m. checkout. I said, “Give us five minutes,” and the housekeeper tapped her watch at me. The irony does not escape me.
We went downstairs before leaving because we at least wanted to check out the galleries, only to be greeted by a “temporarily closed” sign. The cherry on top of an exceptionally disappointing stay.
Location. A bartender who stayed late to take care of us after we saw a lay.
Nice big corner room - which was very clean. Hotel very centrally located.
NA
The location was very nice, it was in the center of the downtown area and within walking distance of the restaurants. The atmosphere was very eclectic. I like the idea of taking an old historical building and making use of it as a hotel.
There were a few disappointments concerning the room . My recommendation is to provide a mini frig instead of a beverage cooler so your customer are able to keep things cool. Need a microwave also for convenience. The unavailability of an ice machine on your floor was also I negative. The bedlinens left a little bit to be desired. The way the bed was made it felt like the mattress pad was the blanket so I almost unmade the bed. Also the put the blanket on top instead of a flat sheet. It was very cumbersome. Also I had a few issues with my lights. Not all of them worked. Room 1107
On a high note the bathroom was phenomenal. Air conditioner worked wonderfully.
Overall my stay was enjoyable.
AC did not work in the middle of the night which led to sleep disruptions. The fitness center AC did not work either. Would not stay again
Location, room size and the Blue Penguins
Air conditioning
The art gallery.
No internet. No restaraunt. Really grumpy staff. Drainage in bathrooms miserable. No blankets in room. I could go on.
Rooms were well appointed upscale, great bathroom.
The restaurant was closed for renovations, zero common space, hot water failed, renovations blamed.
Art
A bit funky these days
Could be a lot cleaner
Staff not so great
Location
Fitness center- only one treadmill worked correctly and no mats for stretching
