Ideal für einen Kurzurlaub im Harz
Pros:

Sehr guter Service, außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal im Restaurant. Tolle regionale Küche. Zimmer sehr sauber und zweckmäßig. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit. Super Lage im Ort, nahe der Wurmbergseilbahn. Ideal, wenn man Wurmberg und Brocken erkunden möchte.

Heruntergekommen und nicht zu empfehlen wenn man Erholung sucht.

Einmal und nie wieder. Es ist als Familie nicht zu empfehlen. Von Erholung kann hier nicht die Rede sein.

Cons:

Zimmer entsprach nicht den Bildern bei der Buchung. Ausblick auf eine Müllhalde, unsauberes Zimmer mit dem Geruch nach nassem Hund, laut knarzender Fußboden, dreckige Handtücher, abgerissene Tapeten, zu wenig Steckdosen in erreichbarer Nähe, wer Fernsehen wollte brauchte ein Fernglas. Das Hotel war eine Baustelle, man wurde morgens durch eine Kreissäge geweckt … wir sind mehr als nur enttäuscht und können die guten Bewertungen nicht ansatzweise verstehen.

Eine Reise wert !
Pros:

Für uns war es alles sehr gut! Vom Personal bis zum Zimmer.Besonders gut hat mir gefallen,das wir mit Hund fahren konnten.

Personal sehr freundlich. Check in war super schnell. Frühstück Abwechslungsreich. Zimmer sauber und Betten bequem.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer befand sich oberhalb der Terrasse im Dachgeschoss. Es war sehr warm und der Geräuschpegel spät nachmittags sowie am Morgen etwas hoch. Da draußen gegessen wurde. Auch liegt die Pension an der Hauptstraße die sehr frequentiert ist. Lage ist zentral. Wer etwas Ruhe brauch, den empfehle ich ein Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Hauses zu buchen.
Auch die Betten im den kleinen Zimmer waren sehr abgeranzt.
