Pros:

Цілодобова рецепція, це + Розташування в зручному місці-поруч метро, таксі, Колумб, порт, акваріум та ще багато цікавого. Чисто було, але не зовсім, на четвірку. А так взагалі нам сподобалось, рекомендую.

Cons:

Холодильник не охолоджував, мені подаували квіти-вази не було на рецепції, але ми поставили квіти в пляшку з води, вийшли з положення.

Expensive but uncomfortable
Cons:

The check-in process was too long and difficult. The key card never work so every single day, I had to go all the way up to my room and then go down to have the staff fix my card. The bed was not comfortable at all. My back hurt a lot from that. The place was very expensive and my stay was not pleasant.

Que tengan impuestos por noche que me parece perfecto pero si quiero reclamar que en Booking pone 5 con algo y cuando llego allí me cobran 7 y pico por noche y por persona y no es lo que pone en Booking así que quiero reclamar eso por lo demás bien la ducha si es verdad que no está muy bien pensada sale un poco de agua pero bien si bajas la presión de la ducha
