Perfecto, completo, agradable, cómodo, seguro y muy amable el personal.
Pros:

Comodidad de la habitación, amabilidad del personal (hablan en español-inglés), ubicación excepcional del hotel, servicios cercanos, desayunos extraordinario (completo, variado, bien atendido, rico ambiente, lindo y limpio)

Cons:

Estaban arreglando la fachada, pero con una estructura muy segura, al llegar nos pareció extraño, pero luego todo perfecto.

We didn't utilize any of the hotel amenities so I cannot speak to this but the room was clean, and had the essentials - very basic but we got a basic room. Very clean and a nice rainwater shower. For the price it was good. I would call this a 'bargain' hotel though. Atleast the room we got. Pretty basic and small.

Cons:

no pool but knew that going in. Also the advertisement stating breakfast was included but we were informed upon checking in there was a cost.

Cons:

La cuadra donde está el hotel es horrible, al lado hay una casa abandonada llena de mendigos. La habitación no estaba del todo limpia, la puerta del baño y los dispensadores de jabón no funcionaban bien.

Descanso y diversión.
Pros:

Habitación muy cómoda y la limpieza fue impecable. Personal muy amable y atento ante cualquier consulta. Cerca del Bayfront park lo que nos facilitó desplazarnos de un lado al otro caminando.

Pros:

Me encantó todo. Desde la decoración, la comodidad de la cama, lo nuevo que están las habitaciones. La atención de los chicos de recepción increíble, fueron muy amables.
La ubicación está muy bien.

Cons:

Lo único que estaba en obras, había unos andamios en la parte exterior, había varios homeless por la noche en la parte exterior.

Os funcionários são realmente muito simpáticos, me deixaram fazer late-checkout. O quarto é muito espaçoso.

A nota baixa realmente é pela sensação de insegurança do centro. O prédio ao lado tinha brigas constantes, com polícia e ambulância. Como viajante sozinha realmente fiquei incomodada, com medo de caminhar.
