Pros:

Wir sind mit einem späten Flug in Brisbane angekommen und hatten dieses Hotel für die 1. Nacht gebucht.
Der Check-In war sehr freundlich obwohl wir sehr spät Nachts angekommen sind.
Das Apartment mit 2 Schlafzimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig.
Die Küche haben wir nicht benutzt, können zur Ausstattung daher nichts sagen.

It’s such a shame that the first person you meet, is so unfriendly and rude.
Pros:

The room was clean. The wait staff and cleaning staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough to help us. Door was great

Cons:

When we first checked in, the woman at reception wasn’t friendly at all. We had asked for a disability room, but it was booked. They then put us in a room with 3 steps to the deck at the front and one step at the back. They could see my daughter in a wheelchair and didn’t think to mention that there were steps or offer us a ramp. She was very rude. She finally went and got us a little ramp. The rest of the staff were lovely. We will not be going back to stay again.

No structure to it at all
Air-conditioning was not working properly
It was very hot in the room with the Air-conditioning on 20 degrees

Enjoyable, mostly. I would stay again.
Pros:

we had a lovely ground floor room, next to the pool. nice and clean outdoor seating area. Pool surrounds looked very nice. Gazebo and gardens were well kept. Musical bingo with pizza was enjoyable. Surprisingly, there was very little traffic noise.

Cons:

The check-in receptionist was not real friendly. She didn't explain much; eg the discount for meals and drinks. The drinks were pricey. The air-conditioning units outside our room were noisy and the vibration was annoying. While not the fault of the complex, but there were cigarette dumpers left in the walkway to our car. Not sure if there were any dumper trays there.
