Pros:

I loved the location, right across from the beach, short 10 min walk to the port and restaurants. The perfect stay. The room had a lovely view of the ocean even from the side of the building.

Cons:

The shower only had really hot or really cold water most of our stay which wasn’t very pleasant

Iannis persona eccezionale, sempre disponibile per ogni informazione e per ogni nostra esigenza come tutto il suo staff. Abbiamo alloggiato in una stanza carinissima arredata minimal ma con tutto l’ essenziale, ogni giorno ci cambiavano biancheria e ci pulivano la stanza . Proprio sotto la struttura c è una taverna greca tra le migliori forse proprio la migliore dove abbiamo mangiato dove tutte le sete suonavano live musica greca.

Pros:

Close to beaches and town . Beautifully decorated rooms . Loan of beach towels chairs and umbrellas
Restaurant adjacent is very good with live Greek music every night they also give you a discount.

Massive bed close to the Port

The location was great. 10 mins walk from the Port. It had a massive super king bed which was really comfortable. The owners were really friendly

An excellently located comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Close to everything.
Pros:

An excellent location right on Livadia beach. Plenty of restaurants and beach bars in easy walking distance. A short 1km walk into Parikia.
We had a front balcony with a lovely view of the water.
Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons:

A bottle of water in the fridge to start would be good.
