Need to maintain a better way

fell short for my expectations

Location was perfect for my need.

Cons:

There was constant drilling noise from day1. The AC was constantly squeaking throughout the night. Complained twice and asked for a room change, but to no avail. Constant loud noises throughout the night. Management did not address that as well. Staff managed with whatever they could. But management needs to look into the hygiene and guest concerns quite seriously. Will I stay here again? Maybe not

Was a great stay!
Pros:

The staff were very good and friendly. They hotel accommodation was good and clean. They food was also good for the buffet breakfast and ordered dinner.

Cons:

Facilities are not up to the mark as per the price paid. The bathroom do not have exhaust, which means it's always damp and smelly. They also need to work on their staircase and emergency exists, staircase was full with debris and other stuff, which means during an emergency the staircase can't be used.

Not value for money
Pros:

Clean and room facilities are as it is shown in pictures

Cons:

Room maintenance and according to room price is very high, just for extra check time for 3hours charged more. Food facilities are not available... Hotel being hide out in trees even zomato and swigy person unable to deliver the food.
