Bom hotel na Recoleta.
Pros:

Empregados atenciosos. Boa localização. Limpeza do quarto perfeita.

Cons:

Café-da-manhã relativamente fraco. Cama de casal pequena. Esqueci sacola no hotel e a administração informou que não a despacham para o hóspede, mesmo eu pagando a despesa.

Well appointed hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The hotel is located in the beautiful location of Recoleta near a number of tourist sites. The furnishings are modern and comfortable with good work space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had a good massage and there is a spa and sauna. Definitely recommended.

Cons:

I would have liked a shower cap.
