Pros:

Funcionários simpáticos e pronto a resolver situações, hotel com ótima localização.

Cons:

A limpeza dos quartos deixa muito a desejar, troquei de quarto devido o estado da banheira e no outro também a limpeza não estava 100% onde ao arrastar um pouco o criado mudo era evidente muita sujeira nos cantos e embaixo dos móveis.

Cons:

Durante a noite fumaça e mal cheiro insuportável no quarto, se ficar neste hotel não aceite quarto de fundos é insuportável a noite toda.

O hotel, em si, possui boa infraestrutura. Quartos limpos e bom café da manhã. Houve uma pequena intercorrência em relação a reserva do booking e o registrado pelo hotel, mas, que foi rapidamente solucionada.

Cons:

A localização do hotel fica em uma região "underground", sendo possível avistar possíveis usuários de drogas e moradores de rua. Por ser uma região de bares, a noite é barulhenta.e sujeita a conflitos interpessoais. Para uma pessoa sozinha que saiba se "virar", o custo benefício vale a pena. Contudo, se for uma viagem em família, particularmente, com crianças, os cuidados em relação a localização devem ser redobrados. Enfim, o hotel é muito bom, mas, mal localizado.
